If you expect your order or an update on status buy elsewhere. Never received my item and had to eventually reach out to be told it had been lost in transit. Not worth the trouble. Order elsewhere.

Positive Customer Service Experience
I spoke with customer service regarding bamboo bedding that we got for cooling purposes but have caused a lot of sweat, staining, and odor. We love Quince - specifically leather goods and luggage - so we were totally shocked at how disappointed we were in these sheets. I had been hesitant to reach out because I know we can't return used items, so it is incredible that they were able to help us out despite that. They gave us a full refund on all items that weren't working for us. Quince making this right means the world, and has made sure we haven't lost faith in other Quince products!

Quince’s customer service agent Alex went above and beyond when I had an issue with my order delivery. I ordered 3 cashmere sweaters. One arrived 3 days after I placed my order, one was rerouted to Michigan after it’d already reached my state and the location hasn’t updated for 5 days, then the last was delivered to the wrong address.Veho asked if the house looked familiar and was I willing to go find it. Alex listened intently as I shared my experience and apologized for the inconvenience and issued a refund for my missing items. He also reissued a discount code so I could attempt to purchase and actually receive my items in the future.

After I noticed that there was an inconsistency in a silk dress I’d ordered I became concerned as I’d already worn it. I contacted them and they immediately addressed my issue. I was completely satisfied with their resolution of my issue! 5 stars for Quince!
