Very pleased to deal with them and extremely pleased to deal with Pete. Great person, very helpful sort out my father’s car within 4 days. Explained everything find best option for my dad, and deal done.

Car was prepared as told nice and clean everything working, so far drives great no issues,
Pete care about my dad from start to finish making many calls with updates never let us down when he said he will call he did great customer service from him and promised after sales care if need it re warranty provided etc.

Great service bought many cars but this time was the first time I had that personalised customer service and care.

The car I bought had three cracked alloy wheels, the spare was punctured and to top it off, three months after driving away in the car, the engine blew up, costing £9.5k to fix, which after being strung along for three more months by the 'director' I ended up having to cough up for. They claim it was due to a low oil level (which the garage they instructed I pay to have the car recovered to conveniently concluded, even though the previous garage hadn't mentioned it nor had any warning lights appeared whilst I had the car), which having only had the car for three months would suggest to me it wasn't fit for purpose when sold. The warranty they claim covers any issues is not worth the paper it's written on, as attested to by their garage of choice, who told me they had never had any warranty company pay for any repairs. Currently in the process of taking legal action. I'd question if any of these other reviews are legit. Be warned.

Response to reply: This response from Quirks is typical of the service I've received. Each of these wheels were welded multiple times where they'd been cracked (and the spare was PUNCTUTRED!!!) which at the time you apologised and took full responsibility for. Also, the oil that was in the car when purchased was )as per the report from YOUR mechanic) 'of poor quality', another one missed on your checks?! But of course, it's all my fault, as I didn't have the car serviced 3 months after collecting it (to reiterate, THE SERVICE LIGHT DID NOT COME ON AND WASN'T DUE FOR ANOTHER 3K MILES!!! If I shout, maybe it will actually sink in?).

It's as if you train your staff to avoid answering a direct question when an issue arises. You'll then be kept hanging for months before them turning around and taking absolutely no responsibility whatsoever and brazenly blaming you, leading you to the brink of a breakdown. Ross is the absolute master at it.

Honestly, the stigma around second hand car dealers is being kept well and truly alive with this lot.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took both our cars in part exchange for a lovely mini. Very helpful and friendly. Could not fault the company, and would recommend.

I would not recommend this business. The staff were friendly but the vehicle was not prepared. The door panel was loose where someone had obviously removed the door panel and then broke the clips trying to put the panel back on. The steering was faulty. This was on a luxury range rover sport. The warranty only covers up to £1000 and isn't worth the paper it's written on. I had to pay to get the steering fixed as it was not safe to drive as it was. Also the car only came with one key, I needed both keys to perform a security update, I contacted Billy about this and he never got back to me.

Outstanding from beginning to end. A real pleasure to deal with, gave me a price and unlike other companies I had heard about, they did not change it after the inspection. Both Charlie and Dan were true professionals. Could not recommend them highly enough.

I won't lie we where apprehensive of buying a vehicle of value and premium badge away from a main dealer (Given the investment you make and a negative previous experience, from another dealer) Chris and team though where very, very good, not pushy and very, very true to their word.
Excellent communicators and didn't hesitate to say the truth even if it didn't benefit their agenda (honesty is key in business and I respected that) it turned out the car did have what I asked, Chris just didn't want to mislead us.
We part EX'd a Range Rover Velar for a XC90 for growing family reasons and wouldn't hesitate to use Quirks again. Very honest, didn't mess us around, straight to the point and a happy customer (More because of the honestly and doing everything they said they would, when they said they would)

The driver Dan on delivery was also a credit to the company and made the car buying experience a good one. Very knowledgeable, personable and couldn't help enough.

Firstly I must state this is a 1st class service and completely honest in their commercial and bidding approach! Secondly, the whole process of collection was worked around me to suit my needs. Lastly, inspection took no more than 20mins and funds were transferred instantly once complete. Given the service I have now asked them to source a particular car going forward as I’m confident they will resource my requirements.

Recently purchased my Audi Q5 from Quirks. Car was originally in storage when we went to view their vehicles for sale. Young Pete arranged for this to be brought over to their showroom, in order that I could test drive this first. Arranged this with no problem at all. Made the decision there and then once I had driven this I was definitely going to purchase this. Pete arranged for the car to be held for a couple of weeks whilst my contract car was returned back to the hire company. He was very helpful during the whole process which made purchasing the car stress free.
