I ordered my hair December 4th 2025
I still have not received my hair, the shipping seems bogus because tracking stated it was in Kentucky which is close to my city , then it moved to New Jersey?I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. This is unacceptable, never again. ORDER #00000230932

My first time buying this crochet hair and I just love love it…it’s is so bouncing and soft, will definitely..,I have been looking for crochet human hair so long, didn’t even know it was available. Thank you QVR.,,definitely will purchase again 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really love this hair. It's soft, shiny,and manageable (be gentle). I really want to try the afro kinky bulk for mini twist. Give them a try!!! 😉

My third time purchasing this hair. I really like the way it looks. Super natural and doesn’t add a lot of weight to fine hair. It also lasts a long time. Usually arrives within a week and doesn’t have that industrial chemical smell that so many bundles have. I would recommend.

My order never came. This is a SCAM company . This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced since I was born. Gosh….. poor responses via email and WhatsApp. You can’t track your order…. If you’re thinking of buying, be careful, don’t buy from them, except you love to waste your money

Update: 12/31/2025. So QVR confirmed they received the hair I returned; however, they REFUSE to refund my money unless I take down my prior review.

QVRHair REFUND my money, I am NOT taking down my review! You provide the most horrific customer service. You are thieves!! I will report your business to BBB!!

QVRHair is a SCAM....they say they have a return policy but that is a LIE!! I bought 3 packs Crochet Hair Afro Kinky Curly, when I received it, I realized after opening one package that it was not what I needed.

I emailed QVRHair for return information on 12/10, they demanded for pictures and asked if I washed it. I responded with the pictured and stating that I barely opened one and NO I did not wash it. QVRHair responded trying to get me to use the same hair I DID NOT want, saying how full and how bouncy it would look!! I responded it wasn't suitable for what I needed.

QVRHair responded that I will have to pay for return and I asked if I could exchange for Kinky twist which I recently just did and liked, they said I'd have to pay for the new hair I wanted to exchange and once they receive the hair I want to return they will refund me my money.

We've been at this ridiculous exchange for 5 days!! I spent $156 and looks like I am being scammed as they are not willing to take the hair back or even do an even exchange without EXTORTING more money from me!!

I will never recommend QVRHair to anyone...their return policy is a SCAM!!!

This CAN NOT be human hair. I have had this hair in my head 5 days the ends look like crap and the hair is already matted. I CAN NOT believe I spent over $300 for this mess. It a complete mess and scam. The ppl show the first day when they do their hair but you never see them follow up. THIS HAIR IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I’ve liked the hair so far but the shipping is terrible. It does not update so you have no idea where your product is and the customer service team will respond by saying “it shipped, tracking is just behind”. Which is not helpful. My hair should’ve arrived by now and hasn’t. Definitely don’t order if you need the hair by a certain time

The quality of the bulk kinky hair is amazing! This will be the only place I go from now on. It did take longer to get the product than expected but it was worth the wait.

Gave a 4star because did not get the original item I ordered because it was out of stock and wasn’t informed until I contacted them. However it was quickly resolved and an alternative was given. Received it in good time. Hair quality seems good and no bad smell

I purchased the Natural Black and Brown Water Wave Feather Crochet Hair
Water Wave / 16'' and the hair is beautiful. However, I needed to return my 2nd purchase, which was unused, due to a medical issue that prevents me from styling my hair in order to use the crochet hair. I contacted customer service and they were extremely responsive and provided excellent customer service. They were very understanding and worked with me. I have recommended this company to numerous people that have asked me about my hair from my first purchase, and I am so happy that I did. This was a great experience. THANK YOU!!!

I have always had screenshots of the hair because of the bouncy nature, now the sales is ongoing I had to finally order my dream hair. Thanks qvr for the sales. It was a great opportunity

I advise against purchasing from this vendor. My order, placed over two weeks ago, has not been shipped. Despite multiple email inquiries and attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I have received no response. I would recommend considering alternative suppliers such as YGWIGS or Amazon over this vendor.

I brought and installed QVR water wave hair for over £200 prior to going on a dream holiday and it looked lovely for 5 days.However it soon turned into a NIGHTMARE! After 6 days the hair started to look dull and became bone dry during the day, despite putting water based products and leave in conditioner ever night! On the 8th day I found a ball of matted, tangled hair had formed during the day which was so bad it had to be cut out leaving a patch in my hair. I tried washing it as suggested and thats when another nightmare started. It frizzed and tangled so bad despite, careful,soft washing,that it all had to be cut off! I have only ever seen synthetic hair behave like this. I am sure QVR have become clever at making synthetic hair look and feel like 100% human hair for a short while until reverses to what it really is, synthetic hair!
I am so dissappointed as so much is said by influencers online about QVR hair being manageable and re-useable! I am also very angry as this hair is not cheap and it looks as if I have been well and truely Scammed! I have 2 bundles of unused hair which will remain unused! But I really want all my money back as I do not like being conned by false advertising!
