If I could, I would give this product a zero!!!second time ordering the hair the first time it lasted for at least a month then it matted up now I’ve only had it for two weeks. I can’t even comb it. It’s horrible and I paid $400 in total I want my money back! I’m very disappointed

I am so impressed with QVR Hair! The quality is silky, soft, and unbelievably natural-looking. Shipping was somewhat fast but the packaging was gorgeous, and customer service was excellent. This is hands-down some of the best hair I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend!

I received my hair earlier than expected. The hair is soft and I did the test burn and it passed. There is a lot of shredding when I brushed it out. I thought the curl would have been looser but maybe they will loosen up after I wash it and wear it. I have not worn it yet but I will update my review after I wear the hair.

First off, the qualities is wonderful. But what made me write the review is I accidentally ordered the wrong amount of hair. When messaging the team they responded the very next day and were able to resolve the issue. The fact that I didn’t have to go through hoops to handle this issue was great.

I would like to give a 0 star. Based on the last review I did with this company. I have gone back and forth trying to get them to do the right thing. They told me they will ship me 3 packs of hair if I delete the review. The hair was bad hair! I wore it 9 days! When the hair was shampooed it matted so bad it had to be cut from my head. I have multiple emails with them trying to blackmail me into accepting less than I paid for. If they send me quality hair as they advertised I have no problem giving a review based on that order.

The shipping was quick and the hair quality is good. I love the kinky hair texture. This is my second order from them and I love it.

I wouldn’t order from this company ever again. I requested a full refund and they keep saying they’ll give me $30 back if I just keep the hair. The hair is not the color they said it was as listed on the website they then said that each bundle is colored differently which is not listed on the website. Once the hair is out in the sun it’s a BRIGHT RED!!! Not the 99J color that is listed on the website. They literally are trying gaslighting me about the color! This is by worst the worst company I abuse dealt with when ordering hair. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before hand. Now they want me to pay for the full shipping price back to them. I just want my full funds owed to me and stop going back a fourth about a product they misrepresented

I use this hair for all my human hair twists on my clients. They love it and so do i. It’s super soft and blends with natural hair PERFECTLY!

I have brought the AFRO KINKY CURLY HAIR 3 times now. The grade of the hair I received was great. I brought twice during the BLACK FRIDAY SALE…..!! My items were received in like 4 days from the order date. My experience has always been a good one with QVR…hoping that continues.

I have had bad experience with qvr after watching videos i liked the hair .Purchased a wig on the 13 of november on the website it say 3- 5 days .till today 28 november no wig .If i track it says still processing .you go on chat they send the same automared message everytime I ask where the wig is .Am very sad with their way they handle messages and deliveries .

Purchased very poor quality hair, it looks very unappealing to the eye and nothing like the website. They also have a fraudulent 'worry-free' purchase on their website which I paid for since it was my first purchase. When I requested to return the product they attempt to force me to keep it or else I would be charged despite paying for the worry free purchase. Spend your money elsewhere not a good product both by the hair quality and the price of the product.

This is my first time purchasing human hair and getting small twist n I’m loving 🥰 the hair and the style! Although the hair was pricier than what I’m used to paying I still think I got a deal with the buy 3 get 2! Very pleased!!

I purchased a bundle of hair on 10/21/2025, which was returned to your warehouse due to being sent to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and was sent a message on WhatsApp saying before you get it, would you mind giving us a good review and to have me a link which they would not allow me to use in review. How can I give a good review when you are doing things like this. Please refund me my money, so I can say my money was returned to me. I really want to use you product, even after this mishap I purchased 2 more bundles of hair which I have not installed yet, Please again return my money for the bundle that was returned to you. I have received $20 fromQVR literally offering to silence me. i’m not pleased with the several emails harassment request to delete my review. i deleted but everyone please Read reviews this hair does have very usual smell even after cleaning.

they need to own up to poor quality products no need to apologize but FIX it
