I didn't go ahead with the insurance…
I didn't go ahead with the insurance policy however the customer help rep was genuinely helpful and i felt that he actually wanted to help me with a slightly complex problem.

Very poor.The premium increased by 79% but after 3 phone callno one was willing/able to explain why.I did not have time to shop around as I was on holiday when the renewal documents arrived.I had registered a possible claim as required but advised the RAC that this was not being progressed as the amount involved was just a fraction of the excess on the policy.Have been a customer for many many years .

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. Honestly you have to wait at least 30 minutes to get an answer online from them on the online chat. The bot keeps you hanging at least 10 minutes during the contact period. You cannot contact them to speak to anyone even when they send you a letter telling you to contact them urgently. I have just cancelled my policy with them as I sold my car and they charged me for the whole policy price! Absolutely terrible company to deal with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY better to spend a bit extra than use them. Absolute disgrace.

I tried to arrange breakdown also but was passed to different phone numbers & then told too busy & to call back some other time.
I didn't time the length of being on that call but it was long enough for me to just give up.
