Great Customer Service
Ordered a couple of drones but forgot to get the extra battery and case for the second one. I received a very nice call from customer service asking if I would like to add those items to my order. Now that is great customer service, they saw something that may have been a mistake and took the time to call and ask before sending me something that was missing items that I may have been expecting.

I was having trouble with the payment…
I was having trouble with the payment option, it kept telling declined. My CC company contacted me by text to confirm the order. for some reason nothing was working and I really want the Torch Lighter. Out of the blue I received a call from Anna from Torch lighter ad. She noticed I was having a problem. It took a couple of phone calls to clear up everything, Anna was with me all the way. I am looking forward to experiencing the Torch Lighter. unfortunately, this company misrepresented itself to me in a variety of ways. I bought a particular type of drone from one of its sites and it sent me an entirely different drone from the order. I wrote back to them and sent them screenshots and pics, etc to prove my case.. and they just apologized for it... never really explained why the product wasnt what it was represented to be. (an entirely different model!) They DID refund my money for it after I told them I would charge them back on the card... and so I thought the experience was over... until i looked at my credit card statement the next month and see that they signed me up for a mystery box thing I never ordered and charged my card again another 39.99... I called and had them reverse it, telling them I thought their web network and sites are deliberately confusing... to their credit, they have a friendly customer service that seems to be responsive, so I wont charge the card back as long as I see they return the money... overall experience is sad... I hate giving these kinds of negative reviews, but in their case, they deserve it. Buyer beware.

Do Not Trust
After ordering, I was alerted by my bank minutes later of a scam or fraud alert. I’ve made three calls directly to their customer service within hours of purchase and placed on lengthy holds and hung up on after explaining that my bank sent me a fraud alert and I wanted a refund. I’m not getting any where with this fraudulent company. So I’ll dispute with my bank as was recommended. Don’t get taken advantage of this company! Do NOT TRUST!
