Problem solved!
I was having trouble completing my order, even after I responded to a fraud alert from my credit union. I was about to forget it when I received a call from Yamili. She saw that the problem was my bank, and I should call them. I did, resolved it, and Yamili soon called back and completed the order. She was so helpful and cheerful and my frustration was gone, replaced with confidence I chose the right company

Most people, including me, are a little skeptical about ordering from companies we know nothing about. I saw an ad for a little device that smooths out power spikes, lowering your electric bill, and cleaning up dirty electricity, and wanted to try it. During checkout, there was a glitch with my bank's Fraud Protection service that declined the transaction. I immediately got a call from Radical Gadgets to offer help, and a supervisor got on the call. I spoke with Galvin, who was so friendly and caring, that he gave me free shipping with no tax on my order. Even if I end up returning the Power Saver, I received 5 star service right out of the gate, so here's a 5 star review!

I placed the order. My bank notified me to approve the transaction. Yamili called back to let me know the sale went through and that the shipping would commence tomorrow. I received the unit in just 4 days after ordering. #1. Read the manual. There are 3 auto time settings: 99 seconds, 60 and 30 seconds. When you plug it in, slide your foot (or hand) into the unit, and it lights up automatically. Pick a time option, or don't pick one and use your own method of timing. (Alexa is good at this.) When you slide your foot out, the unit automatically shuts off. When unplugging the unit, as with all products using a USB/Micro Jack type of cord, it is always advisable not to disconnect the Micro Jack from the unit (doing this too much invites possible 'connection' issues later), but instead, disconnect the USB end from the power source. Doing it this way will prolong the life of the unit. Hopefully, I'll be seeing some positive results soon. Thanks to all involved in getting this to me.

Just ordered the spy lens cam and an additional $9.99 was added to the bill after check out for a VIP club? It was never disclosed anywhere or explained.

I emailed them and they said that they will remove the $9.99 charge in 7-10business days....

I was surprised to receive a phone call so quick after pmt given. I felt suspicious but decided to try product. Hope it works on mites and dead skin cells. Maybe I'll find a lost birthday year. Will be 88 this week. I thought I was going to be 87. What happened??
