Very Comfortable
I bought a 9 cm heeled white mule and wore them for 10 hours at a wedding in 32 degrees weather without getting any blisters.
The shoes are pretty soft and they fit perfectly, the foot stays in place and does not slit.
I only added a gel pad inside the sole to add extra comfort.
I will definitely buy again from this store.

Really disappointed- no refund
Really disappointed. Sent some boots back for a refund as they were too small/tight. I used their Royal Mail returns and they have had the boots back since 19th of December and I’ve still not been refunded. It’s been a month. Their customer service is very few and far between regarding updates. I feel like I’ve been scammed, are they a legitimate company?

Read reviews after ordering boots and was a little bit worried as not great reviews but my experience has been great. Order arrived promptly and within the time specified and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. Sizing perfect.. Good quality and great price. Only complaint is I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order.

The company did not refund my money!
Despite many emails, the company has not refunded my money, and it has been weeks (I wrote many emails). I am raising this with my bank to report this as fraud. Please be warned to stay away from this scam company.

Ignore you and won’t send a refund
Been trying to get in contact since 6th of March and haven’t been replied to at all, returned my shoes and haven’t had any email or refund even though I have confirmation of delivery to them. Customer services apparently available 9-6 but been unavailable for the past 2 weeks??

Sad to see a 1 star review, we do apologise as we believe your message was initially missed by our customer services reps.
Please note as stated on our website: 'Returns are normally processed within 14 working days following receipt of the returned item.
Please allow between 1-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account as this can vary between payment providers.'
We can see that the warehouse received and processed your return on 13/03 and this was later refunded on 15/03 at 3.27pm, for which you should have received email confirmation prior to your review.
Again, we would like to take this chance to apologise for any inconvenience caused, we hope that you will revisit us again soon and find your perfect pair!
