J'ai été extrêmement satisfaite du service de Rappidesim. Ils m'ont envoyé un e-mail d'activation, et les instructions étaient très claires. En suivant les étapes, j'ai pu l'installer rapidement et sans problème.
De plus, mon voyage incluait plusieurs pays, donc j'ai choisi l'option Europe. J'ai pu bénéficier d'une connexion sans interruption à Malte et en Espagne. C'est bien moins cher que les cartes SIM traditionnelles et le roaming, et la connexion est plus rapide. Je recommande vivement ce service.

Sent me already used e-sim
They sent me e-sim which is already used at some other device so I could not activate it. They didn't want to send me normal unused e-sim- they didnt offer me any explanation. AVOID THIS PROVIDER!!

this is to update about my order - it seems that my case got attention after posting this review - thank you TrustPilot - and they issued a refund.

I never received my esim. I placed my order in May 2024. In July I reached out to them asking about my order, and even though the order status on their site was showing 'confirmed/you *will* receive your esim' the service representative kept asking me to check my spam folder. after a few back and forth messages with the support rep, I asked for a refund, after which they stopped responding. basically they stole from me $35 and some precious time. Simply avoid them.

Quick fast reply to my query. There are lots of esims around to choose from, but I would choose RapidEsim again, it was very easy to use, and they are a real company who are there to help if you do have any queries or problems. Thank you.

Works great, after a quick customer support chat
At first the qr code i got didn’t work and said it was expired, I contacted them about it and after sending a screenshot and talking for a bit got sent a new qr code which instantly worked.
