A very bad service. I have purchased an unlimited data for 14 days, it stopped in one day only.. I have write them to resolve the problem, they told me that I have erase the eSim and no refund.
Simply a very bad experience especially when i'm travelling and no internet connection available..
EVERYBODY MUST AVOID THEM. THIEFTS..

Avoid, does not work.
Total joke. Wasted 48 hours trying to get SIM to work in Turkey, only getting 3G/LTE speed. They kept saying it will be fine … as it’s “synchroniszing”. Expensive mistake, had to find WiFi to write this review.

SCAM
The esim card never worked. At first the whatsapp support was very helpful, they answered me immediately and checked my settings. After none of their ideas worked out, they just advised me to be patient it will work for sure. It never did and I also javen’t received any answers to my messages after that. I tried to contact the mail support which was even worse. Just after seconds I received an automatically generated answer with a solution that had nothing to do with my problem. I bought an esim from maya mobile which worked immediately. This company is nothing but a scam.

However, we’d like to clarify that we never stop responding intentionally — if you haven’t heard back from us, it’s possible our reply landed in your spam or promotions folder.
As for the automatic email you received: it’s a first response to help with the most common issues, but we always follow up manually. We're sorry if the initial reply didn’t match your case.
Please know that our eSIMs are used successfully by thousands of travelers. But as with any digital product, compatibility and performance can vary depending on the device, network coverage, and local conditions. We would be happy to investigate further and find a solution or compensation.

It simply did not work
It simply did not work though I followed the installation instructions exactly. I had to erase it and install the one from Revolut which worked immediately and flawlessly. I wrote the Rapid team and answered after a few days that I should not have erased the esim because there would be no refund. So, bad experience.

I traveled to Norway the last 2 weeks, and RAPIDeSIM was a life saver. The internet was fast and I was able to share data with my daughter as well.

"data illimités…mensonges
Les forfaits annoncés " data illimités " sont mensongers ( en l'occurrence les USA pour ma part) ..... après 12-13 jours et seulement 30 go de consommé.. plus rien ! Même pas réduit à 1mbps , non plus rien !
Et sur leur site, rien n'indique qu'après 30 Go ils réduisent la vitesse à 1 mbps ! de plus, les avis des clients affichés sont certainement faux, car aucun avis 0-1-2 étoiles, QUE des clients satisfaits !
