I switched servers from Cloudways to Rapyd because they are the creators of Buddyboss and I use that on my wordpress site. Now that they have optimized things, Buddyboss works much more quickly.

I was worried the service wouldn't be as prompt as Cloudways, but they have been doing quite well. The migration process was quite smooth and I haven't had any bad experiences. Of course, there are always little issues that arise on websites, so that's why good customer service is really important to me. One of the support staff, Ruby, has really impressed me with her sincerity and ability to find solutions so quickly.

After 20 years in web development, I have tried most of the well-known hosting companies, as well as the lesser-known ones. The performance is incomparable to other hosting services. The support has been amazing. They respond to chats quickly at all hours of the day, which is incredible. The prices might seem high at first glance, but when you consider the actual features, performance, and support all together, it is actually good value for the money.
