After spending time to provide all the required information, the platform provided a variety of very poor rates… Almost all were 1/2 a percentage point above what True North mortgage had provided. Then someone calls me… Only to put me hold for a mortgage specialist who did nothing more than confirm the same bad rates. Kind of a waste of time.

Do not use these guys
Do not use these guys. Quoted on line $123 for two cars. Then when they phoned added lots of coverages that took it to $160 a month and finally emailed a quote that went to $320 a month. Bait and switch here by this company.

I received a call from the operator for rates.ca right away and she told me that she recommended a company and they would call me within a business day. I think I am on the 2nd business day and I haven't heard from said company. Does this system work?
