Same experience as everyone else - no replies to emails but did receive a card saying shipment was delayed 1-2 weeks. However still nothing received. This trader should be prosecuted!

Never received my pruning shears they took my money same as everyone a fancy card saying their delayed will be delivered between 14/21st of September. No response to ant of my chase up's, beware of this company they are scam and need to be stopped.

I ordered a sofa from this company. Sadly, through Facebook, all I have ever gotten was\n It's sitting in some place, New York. I think, but it's been sitting there for a very long time. I ordered the sofa in September. The 1st of the month, I can get no response from anybody with this company. I'm gonna have to go to the bank and stop It is a scam.Don't order anything from this company rawsoil

Order states that it has been delivered in England. I don't live in England, have messaged several times and no response.
Scam don't bother unless you want to do your money like I have.

I ordered off this site and I got the same thing that everyone has gotten with the card saying update about your order. I didn't want to order off the site and I usually don't. I thought I checked the site but got fooled like everyone else. Scam all the way. Pissed

The same as everyone else,ordered a vacuum cleaner for $200 and received a card,sent 3 emails and no reply now can’t even contact them.

Paid for a twin pack battery operated weed eater package and only got 2 discount cards to spend more money on their fake items. This company is a scam and I warn you NOT to purchase anything from them.

It's a scam. From beginning to end; the modus operandis is the one described by everyone; I buy two pieces of furniture, they cheat on you with a number False tracking, then a postcard arrives saying that there is a delay and another day they will send it to you and mark the order as delivered in the app. I'm still struggling to get the money back. Do not do this.

It seems an never ending story.. Never could track the order. Got an email apologising for that...Then when asked again got a little card in the mail stating they were sorry for the delay and offered a free gift. It was ordered over one month ago and nothing...Scammed me out of 59 dollars..

I've just received today what I originally thought was an unusual good customer service, a card notifying me off a 1-2 weeks delay, with assurance order is secured. Even promising a complimentary gift. Then I googled them & all hell broke - a scammer.

We had the same experience as everyone else ordered pruners didn’t arrive received postcard. The only twist in our story is we contacted our bank and got a refund we then received a message from Rawsoil with a tracking site say they had been delivered and they wanted their payment. This is also a scam we received nothing from them only wasted time getting our money back BEWARE of this company

Same story as everyone else. Ordered the electric pruners and all I got was an apology card over a delay. Didn't respond to any emails, (nor did Shop the online store to be fair) and Website Still showing on Shop as trading so beware! Still scamming away.

Looks like this is a scam. I had the same problem reported by previous customers. Can trust pilot not do something to take this website down.

The product i ordered and paid for never arrived, I sent several messages with no reply. The web site 'Shop' are the most useless site ever. £40 pounds down and no one at Rawsoil or Shop could care less. To be avoided.
