The delivery of the new work tables was incredible. The craftsmanship is high quality. The rubber mats ordered for the top of each table arrived dirty and were very hard to get cleaned.

I have ordered two laminar flow hoods
I have ordered two laminar flow hoods - the product in general is great and fits our needs but neither hood has come with leveling feet even tho there are threaded holes at the bottom of the legs. I have not called to request them but intend to see if they are available because we definitely need them

Slow to respond then had mistakes in the quote!
Slow to respond with a quote (over 1 week) when all specifications were filled out on their website. Once we got the quote, it was not right and required correcting and then get a final quote.
This alone put them at 2 stars, but then they ask me to review them here, to which I always give one star.
A policy to remember in the future... Opt IN not opt OUT!

Excellent product, great company
We are extremely happy with the microscope table. Everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. The table is very stable and solid with a useful range of adjustability. I use the table often and personally find it to be a very comfortable workspace. It is a vast improvement over our previous table.
RDM was great to work with from start to finish.
