The delivery of the new work tables was incredible. The craftsmanship is high quality. The rubber mats ordered for the top of each table arrived dirty and were very hard to get cleaned.

Shipment Delays
The customer service was very good and from what I hear from the customer, they are happy with the product. However, getting the product to us in the time we were originally promised did not happen. Several shipment delays happened which caused some frustration from the customer.

The hood arrived with loose and missing hardware, screws and nuts on frame members and pulley mounts. The hood was also exceedingly difficult to uncrate, lack of adequate bracing and instructions.

I needed a table specially made for my work area. Once I gave the exact specs it took no time at all to get the table made and delivered. The customer service is great. I would use RDM again if I needed a specialty table made.
