I was searching for custom tables online and found RDM's website extremely easy to use. The follow up that I got from real people was quick and they stayed on top of each aspect of my order. Pleasure doing business with them.

Great Customer Service, Had a issue with getting it deliver due to not having a forklift, and they went out of their way to help resolve this problem.

After several months of searching and interviewing other manufacturers, of adjustable-height tables, only to be disappointed, by the quality of both the knowledge of the sales staff, as well as the products themselves, it was entirely refreshing to have found RDM. RDM knows their products. They understood what was needed in the application, worked to make sure that their proposal would meet the need, as well as accommodate any restrictions. Actually, they went well beyond that, to understand how the table was to be used, by whom, and what, if any, special restrictions there might be. They communicated intelligently, and worked, many times, after-hours, to make sure I had what I needed, and to get me back on schedule. The product is superb. It is excellent. I now know that many of other manufacturers were actually very over-priced for low-quality products, promising 'custom' tops – They cannot deliver. I am more then satisfied. RDM was MORE THAN FAIRLY PRICED. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and the lead-time and delivery schedule proved to be accurate. It was a pleasure.

The front fillers for both the base cabinets and the uppers were shipped in 5" width for cut down in field (PROBLEM) when they were ordered at precise size wanted. Also, base cabinet filler was shipped in 36" ht cabinets and all of my cabinets were H.C. ht of 32"
No fillers were shipped to close the cabinets off at the 2" rear gap at the wall..
