Nice & early & a very nice man polite & friendly

Everything about the process was easy and simple. The website is clean, easy to navigate and has simple questions.
The call came ~5mins after submitting on the website, the lady I spoke to was well spoken, polite, warm and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had.

The driver called approximately 30 minutes before arrival and was very friendly and professional and had the car on the lorry quickly.

Contacted George at Reclamet re collection of a non runner car. Was given a fair price and a next collection. All went smoothly and the agreed amount in my account on the same day. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Painless transaction

Very helpful,amazing service highly recommend

Quick and hassle free, and a fair price agreed

Requested a variety of quotes to salvage a van that was running . It then developed a gear box issue which then meant it became a non runner. Contacted all the salvage companies I had originally called as this would affect the price offered and Reclamet not only came back with by far the best offer but also were very friendly and extremely helpful. Professional company would highly recommend. Thank you George for sorting everything out !

From the first phone call with Sian, talking to Stewart,
agreeing a price for my vehicle, the ease of booking a collection, the speed of payment into my bank and the professionalism of their driver when he collected my vehicle, I would have no hesitation to recommend anyone to choose Reclamet in the future
