picked up my old van on said day , payment received promptly… very good service I would recommend… many thanks… Alexander c.

I was unsure when I made the cal if I would get a fair price offered having previously had some very low offers. Rosie was amazing she was personable and put my mind at rest whilst talking me through the process. I was paid a better price than any of the other companies offered me by far and throughout, everything I was told would happen, did, and in the time frame advised.

I found the whole process with Reclamet a very easy one. My initial contact was by email, in which I received a prompt reply from Sian.

It only took a hand full of emails to exchange ,confirm details, agree fees and a collection date. All communications were answered quickly, in patient, polite and professional manner.

Nothing seemed to much trouble and any questions I had were answered.

My car was picked up, loaded fairly quickly and the chap collecting it, was friendly and polite.

There are a few things which I thought could be improved. Like given at least an hour to get to my vehicle, especially when it was at a garage.

Although I signed for collection, I wasn't asked to show any identification and it would of been nice to have received a collection ticket or advice from the driver.

Payment for my car was also receive the same day, which was great.

It made sense to use a local firm, with my experience being a positive one and I would not hesitate to use them again. Well hopefully not for at least another 8 years, as that's how long my car lasted.

From the first phone call, which was handled efficiently and courteously to the final payment the whole process was smooth and efficient. The driver was on-time and the car was on the back of the truck before I knew it. Background checks done and he was off - no fuss or bother. Payment received by 5pm as promised. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

A great company. From the first email to the last phone call the two ladies in the office were professional and friendly. The price I was given for my car was very fair.My car was picked on the time scale I was given. The recovery driver was very friendly and helpful .

Having scrapped two cars with reclamet ltd, I can honestly recommend this company, They are quick and the price they offer is solid. The office girls are both polite and hardworking. They will pick up your car at time which is convenient you.

No hassle, good price and good communication.
Quick collection and payment.

it is a pity you made the cheque out to the friend who was helping me. You could have made the cheque out to me, the owner of GD53 EAM. I have not received the payment yet and I need ready cash

Good job very professional, many thanks

Very good service

Excellent work no hassle with picking the van up and with money

Cant fault them, gutted on Monday to find out my car failed MOT and should be scrap. Couldnt find my log book. Contacted a few of these companies as I used another one for my dads car. Reclamet came back to me straightaway and the email contact I had with the office was quick and easy next day they picked in up and 24hrs later the money was in my account. really impressed with everything thanks

Excellent the young lady was really good and the pick up driver was good and both was very helpful

Quick and efficient, fair price offered. Team happy to help and phoned to confirm and make sure everything was OK. Paid same day no problems

From first email, to collection - easy, straightforward, friendly and helpful. From Sian who organised collection to the friendly chap who turned up to take away the car. Completely hassle free.

I contacted four companies under the heading of scrap a car in Kent and RECLAMET were one of them. Sian contacted me by phone after an online quote and was very helpful and professional. Excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend Sian and RECLAMET to anyone looking for a fair deal. Collection and payment was also first class and hassle free.

So helpful and professional from speaking to Sian, how understand our situation and helped to get it sorted asap. Then the driver showing the following day and apologising for being 10 minutes late. Thank you for great customer service
