Reclamet (Holdings) Limited Bewertungen

Fair price, good communication and pleasant staff

Sian helped me through the process of scrapping my van due to its ULEZ non compliance.

The guy that collected was equally helpful

Made an online enquiry and received a call back within a few hours. Vehicle collected and funds paid the next day :)

Excellent level of service from Sian and Scott. Friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend Reclamet.

Really great experience, fabulous customer service, quick pick up, money in the same day, great communication. Really recommend this company. Thanks Sian, you are a credit to the company.

I am not a frequent visitor but I was aware that ownership of the company had changed a little while ago and I did know what to expect.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything had been upgraded and the staff where extremely busy and industrious. However they were still attentive, friendly and courteous. I found Lydia who I dealt with in the weighbridge office and her colleague to be particularly so and a pleasure to deal with. Happy to recommend Reclamet as a well run people company.

Didn’t realise Reclamet did bodywork - bought a couple of cars from them in the past and had excellent customer service so when I needed some work done I was happy to return. Over the moon with the results, Rob Croud and the team do exactly as they say they will. Highly recommend.

Terrific service! I had to scrap my dear old diesel.(ULEZ). They answered the phone immediately, unlike another scrap company I tried. A decent price was offered, and an early pick-up date was arranged, Very nice guy did the pick-up. Payment for the car and issue of the destruction certificate was made the same day as collection. I was expecting to have to wait for several days. Thoroughly recommend.

I have never scrapped a car before so I didn't really know what to expect when I first made contact with Reclamet.
What I did already know was that the company is approved by DVLA and from the very first contact the staff at the company, but particularly Sian and Liz, demonstrated just how
professional they are and perhaps why they’ve managed to achieve that status. They were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they didn't make me feel like was asking awkward or basic questions. They gave me the space to satisfy myself that I was handling the official paperwork in the correct manner and kept in contact throughout. They kept their word on the vehicle’s valuation and did what they said they would do right up until the vehicle was collected, the disposal paperwork was generated and the monies were paid into my account (within hours). I am happy to give this company 5 stars and would happily recommend them. Finally, Sian and Liz proved themselves to be excellent ambassadors for their company.

Excellent service! from the first phone call through to the collection of my vehicle and finally the payment into my bank. no issues!

Good service and helpful staff. Collected on time by a friendly chap, sorted paperwork and left with car. Payment made by end of collection day. Only downside was I had to wait a week for collection date!

Ladies I spoke to where really nice. I was sorry that my poor car I'd had for 7 years finally died. I was sorry to see it go. Was offered a nice amount for the car to be taken

Great service from phone call to collection of vehicle

From initial contact by phone to the car being collected and money being deposited into my account the service I received was fast and efficient.
The staff were courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend Reclamet to others

From the first call I made , which was handled efficiently and courteously to the final payment the whole process was smooth and efficient. The driver arrived on-time to pick up the car. Payment received by 5pm as promised. I would recommend Reclamet without a problem
Richard, Hempstead.

Gave me a good price, kept me informed of collection time, excellent driver and prompt payment

Staff were Helpful efficient picked up car next day money in the bank within 2 hours and received a good price

I can’t praise Sian and the rest of the crew at Reclamet enough:) From the first phone call until the last email they made what could have been a horrible day much more bearable!
I hope I don’t need to scrap my replacement car for years to come but I’ll definitely be contacting them when I do!

Found the whole experience straight forward and easy from the first contact to recieving payment. The advisor was very pleasant and helpful, the collection vehicle arrived on time the driver was polite and friendly and removed the car without any hassle. Payment was in my bank within days. Overall would use again if I have the need.
