Refreshing
Right if the bat, Ally eased me into the call by asking about my interests. Nothing about the job. This was great as it helped me to recompose and break the ice with her right at the start. So naturally, after that the call became conversational and not interview-like, which is rare.
When discussing the JD, she’s pretty well-prepared with answers and did a good job with setting my expectations around certain things.
The follow up after the call was instant. Uploading my resume via WhatsApp was a first but, a breeze.

The interview process was well-organized, and the recruiter was very responsive, humble, and helpful.
