Made my first order with redtoolstore.com for $1,700. I purchased Milwaukee m18 forge batteries when they were on sale. Redtoolstore shipped all the batteries in 1 box and the box broke during shipping. When the package arrives, it was missing a battery, and the batteries that did arrive, they had damaged clamshells. One battery had marks all over it from being removed from clamshell. To redtoolstore credit, they did replace the missing battery lost during shipping. However they promised to send me discount/credit due to damaged batteries/ clamshells. I agreed to the discount and waited patiently. After a few days they email me asking if all the battery's work minus the physical damage. I emailed redtoolstore back and let them know they all work. They proceed to tell me that because the batteries work, they don't want to provided the discount they agreed to. If redtoolstore didn't want to give me a discount, why did they even bring it up, and set the expectation in the first place?! Really frustrated over the situation, I recommend buying just from home depot, because if there is a problem, they will take care of you. BUYER BEWARE

How was the apprehensive because if you research stuff like I do I was on YouTube wondering if this was even a legitimate website looks like it was and there were questions Of was this recondition stuff or new? I took the plunge turned down. It was brand new stuff , delivery wasn’t super fast, but it was free, so you get what you pay for
