We needed a 28 volt battery that I no longer have been able to find in stores. I am so pleased to see that you still support that powerful system. I am even more pleased with the speed in which you delivered the product. Good show! I use the 28 volt battery in a hole hog that I use on my 50 foot sailboat to help raise and trim sails with heavy loads plus am able to pull crew up the mast safely. I have been using this Milwaukee system for over 20 years without failures!

Battery lasted two months, then stopped charging and will not power anything. Amazon said contact Milwaukee and Milwaukee said to contact Amazon???
No one takes responsibility, now have a paper weight instead of a battery. Buying Dewalt!!!!
