Since I have been working with them, I have been trying to be patient and give the team leeway, but I notice they keep taking things away and imposing limitations.

When creating projects, I have had them freeze on various occasions, images don't form correctly, and sometimes, the only solution is to reach out to support to recreate them, which shouldn't be happening. I could let it go once or twice, but this has been continual.

Own up to your mistakes and be generous. They implemented gold credits for external APIs. Okay, you made a mistake, and it is expensive, but don't penalize AppSumo LTDs, especially those who bought your highest Tier, like me. Since you messed up, you should provide a higher amount of Gold credits since they go quickly, requiring 100 gold credits per 2.5 minutes vs. regular video creation, which requires 50 credits per 2.5 minutes. They have only given 500 gold monthly, which isn't enough to make one full video.
It isn't worth it buying their gold credit packs because they are clearly marked up a lot. Until they allow BYOK (bring your own API Key) for various platforms, it just isn't worth it. I would instead subscribe to Haiper, for example, and be able to use my own key because it would save me a lot of money while still allowing me to create my projects.

Also, users had to beg to get our credits to go longer once they made another mistake and said they were switching from 50 credits for a video project, no matter the length or time. Okay, that is fine, but calculate it correctly instead of initially making it 50 credits for 1 minute. Our credits seriously got devalued, and they didn't calculate the time correctly 4000 characters speaking at a normal pace is 5.5 minutes since it is 700-800 words. So, our credits have been cut in half. They eventually bumped it up to 2.5 minutes, but that is still not even half the value they used to go for.

You can't have it both ways. You either allow us to carry over our monthly credits (which don't expire until they are used) and impose a daily project limitation, or you allow us unlimited project creation in whatever time limit is dependent on the number of credits we have for the month (until we use them).

I am upset right now because, once again, I hit my daily limit. Today is my last day before renewals, and I am going to lose thousands of credits….

What is annoying is that I will be creating extended versions of my videos derived from articles, and then I will hit my daily limit. I lose track of where I am in my articles since I can only paste in 4000 characters per extended part. They said they will release a version where you don't have to break your videos into multiple parts. Drop your whole article in, no matter if it is 10000 characters. This aggravates me because I could deal with the extent until then, but I can only go up to 5 parts. With all the imposed daily limitations, it constantly freezes halfway through my video creation, and I have to figure out where I was in the article.

I wouldn't buy this Software since it is riddled with issues. I like to give Software five taco reviews, but until they fix many of the ongoing problems, this barely deserves one taco in its current state.
Also you won't be able to use your credit very fast since it is painfully slow at video processing.

I've been using Reelcraft for about 6 months, and they have advanced and added more features than dozens of other AI programs I have. It is a novel way to organize your stories and just keeps getting better. It has upped my AI story telling game 10 fold with You Tube as well as more serious projects. I'm all in with this crew because I'm getting the most done with their software.
