I subscribed to this platform when it was called Render Net, accumulating two months of credit. Recently, I discovered that the platform has been rebranded as AI Affogato, and my account has been banned without any prior notice, explanation, or violation of terms.

I have tried contacting support multiple times via email, X (Twitter), and Instagram, but I have received no response.

As a paying customer, I have the right to either use the services I paid for or receive a refund for the unused credits.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer support. I am sharing my experience publicly to warn other users and request an immediate resolution.

I purchased with the lowest amount and once I finished putting my video together I had to buy more credits to even publish it. When I upgraded it didn't calculate what I already paid, but charged me the new amount and added the credits. I ended subscription right there. It is difficult to get my account to come up. It's like it has me going around in circles. I don't recommend. The video turned out nice though just to bad it's not clear with credits and payments, and how to access stuff.

I uploaded three images of me to render images in different scenes. After using the @ subject command and simply scene directions the AI generated scene of me were mostly generic, a few times a good, not great likeness. I was charged credits for the generation, I thought i fairer charge would be the approved download. I will find a different and fairer solution.

No trial so i had to buy to try the cloth swap feature for my new business and the feature sucks didn't even swap to something that is close to what i uploaded. wouldn't recommend. everyother ai platform offers a couple of credit for you to try the platform if a platform doesn't offer this it means they don't really trust thier product will convert users.

Some features are not available. Too expensive compared to the competition. Complicated website navigation.
