I ordered several products in August and I was told there would be a 10 day delay on defib pads. I kept calling up every 10 days to be told it would be another 10 days. Or I was told I would be contacted but no contact came. The pads themselves were shown as in stock when I ordered. very little communication and a long wait. I was never offered a refund which I would have taken to buy elsewhere.

I spoke to our customer support team regarding this. Unfortunately I understand that the original product you had ordered was discontinued in our range. We then swapped you to an alternate product which we expected to arrive within 10 days. However due to their factory being shut for the summer, we should have let you know to expect a longer lead time.
We are always able to cancel your order but I am sorry this option was not offered to you.
I hope we can win back your trust in the future.

Excellent service as always, item was no longer made, was contacted and offered a replacement, which I accepted and it arrived in a couple of days and the grandkids snatched the haribo within the box. If you are not fast you are last 🤷🏼♂️
