Delivery issue
I recently wrote a review about failed delivery. The reflex team was helpful in resolving the issue with FedEx. They contacted me personally by phone and I was impressed with their willingness to make sure my experience was more positive.

Long wait for items
I had to wait over 3 months to receive the items and asked several times for the parcel, when it was ready, to be marked for my attention as a previous parcel wasn't and got lost in our building. Unfortunately this parcel wasn't marked for my attention either.

Hi Sue, thank you for your review. I can understand why you are disappointed. We did attach a label with your name to the second parcel but maybe this was lost in transit.
Hopefully you can see from our Trustpilot page that our reviews are overwhelmingly very positive and I am sorry that you haven't received our normal standard of service. Hi Darren, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. I can see it was sent by Royal Mail the same day it was ordered (21/12) using their Tracked 24 service. However, I can't see their are any updates. I am sorry for this. Royal Mail are extremely busy at Christmas time. I have got the order sent out again with DPD today and you should receive tracking information shortly. Best wishes, Sam.
