Parcel missing / indefinitely delayed
Parcel was marked as out for delivery, never arrived then was marked as delayed.
Said I'd get an update which has not happened, reached out to customer service multiple times and had no response. It's been days at this point, and a week since my parcel mysteriously went missing.
Joke of a service, sort yourselves out.

Worse company ever absolute joke. Waiting all day for my delivery. As they kept charging the time. Only to say it would be delivered by 11pm. No delivery company should be coming out at the time of night with people and children being in bed. Not that they even turned up had me waiting up to just say at 11pm that there was a delay and they would be in contact in the next 72 hours. As they was busy even though they had said a hour before they would be with me any minute now for over half hour. There is no way to contact them. You have to put a request in and wait upto 72 hours for a reply. With any luck after reading about this company they will go out of business asap. Very bad customer service and very bad service altogether

If i could give it minus stars i would, what a joke of a company, they've had my parcel for 6 days, was apparently out for delivery on the 2nd day, never turned up, has said delayed for 5 days on the tracking, I've sent 4 emails and not had a single reply i hope i never have to deal with this company again, absolutely disgusting behaviour!

They would have 0 stars if it was an option. Been to collect my parcel twice over two days and the shop cannot scan my qr code because their app has crashed. No support from yourselves. I ordered a birthday present and now it looks like it'll be returned. Have some kind of back up plan like adding our name and address to the parcel so I can provide ID and the shop can release it to me. Awful experience.

2 times I didn't receive my package…
2 times I didn't receive my package after the appointment, I'm at home because I'm in a wheelchair, they said I wasn't home!!! The second time they said my package will arrive in 1 minute, the first time they said Right after. The package was sent back to the sender, what kind of procedure is this???!!!! The problem is that many sellers don't check who they give the package to!!!!And all this while this delivery team brought out my wife's package but not mine and not at this time. This is ridiculous.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had.
The driver marked my parcel as an unsuccessful delivery, but I do not believe they made any genuine attempt to visit my address. cuz I was literally waiting for them outside my door. but i only received a medical, your parcel has been rescheduled 2 days later, cuz the delivery was unsuccessful. I was left without proper support, clear information, or any real explanation.
What made it worse was the rescheduling process. When I checked the options as soon as i received the rescheduling message, I was suggested to pick up the parcel instead. Almost immediately, I received a message saying the parcel was ready for collection. This made me feel the parcel had already been left at the pick up point, rather than the driver making a real delivery attempt.
It feels like drivers are able to mark deliveries as failed without anyone properly checking whether they attended the address. Customers are then forced to collect parcels themselves, while the company avoids taking responsibility.
Relay needs to review how failed deliveries are recorded and monitored. At the moment, the service feels careless, unfair and completely unreliable.

I own a business that operates in business hours 9-6 and 9-3 Saturdays.
All deliveries were late and after business hours. . The delivery consists of items needed in my business.
No person to call just an extremely bad “help “ platform .
I now will not use Temu if they continue to use Relay !

My parcel was lost, customer service responses have been somewhat non-existent….. ridiculous that this company is still in business. Its taken them 2 months to reply to my email, AVOID!!!!!
Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service. I waited until 9pm for two parcels to be delivered which is fine however when I received no knock on my door or call that my parcel had been delivered I believed they must just be delivering the next day so I went to bed. The parcels had in fact been delivered to a communal area in my building just before 9pm however I had received no notification and so my 8am when I went to retrieve my parcels had been stolen. When I contacted relay they replied after a week and just said they’d done their part and delivered it to the building. So I am left out of pocket and my two parcels. Would not recommend to use at all. Poor delivery and customer service :(
Wrong parcel delivered, no reply to complaint 18 days later!
Posted a parcel with Relay, the wrong parcel turned up at the buyers address, they must have mixed the labels up, as they put the labels on, complained and still waiting for a reply 18 days later. Appalling customer service, removed Relay as a courier option now.

Do not use Relay if you're buying birthday gifts for your family. It won't arrive on time or ever.

Do not use for your own safety. Had a delivery arrive whilst I was out a few weeks ago. The driver called me and within minutes was getting extremely aggressive, screaming down the phone at me so loudly the person next to me could hear every word. When I calmly told him I'd need him to speak to me more reasonably or id have to hang up, he got angrier so I ended the call.
He called me back twice, and the last call I picked up to him screaming at me that I was a f***ING idiot down the phone. All because I was out dealing with a personal emergency, no escalation from my side.
I contacted Relay to report this and have sent two chasers but have received no reply for two and a half weeks.
The situation has left me feeling unsafe in my own home due to this extremely unhinged man having my address, and I will never use the company again for my own safety particularly given the lack of response from customer services.

I went to my Relay shop and the fella there couldn't connect to the website..so i came back home with the parcel..I will try tomorrow later in the day..i will be annoyed if they can't scan the bar code...the bloke in the shop wasn't the most helpful..
