Would give 0 stars if I could! Parcel was due tracking was good but the label on my parcel didn’t even have my house number on?!, the driver then went into my local shop and asked the assistant is this for you. I was very lucky that the assistant knew me so agreed to take it, absolute joke of a company Avoid!!!

Relay are the worst delivery company, My first order was lost in transit on the day they said it was out for delivery!
The second time out for delivery stood at my gate waiting, when I was the next delivery, then a message my parcel was delivered with a picture of someone’s front door but not mine.
Would have liked to give them minus 2 stars

I had a delivery supposedly and a photo was taken of the parcel on the back door, my friend was in and when I was notified I got home and no parcel. I suspected that the driver took a photo and left with the parcel. Now I'm having to wait for the delivery window to close before I can claim a refund and still haven't got my item....

I was supposed to get a delivery monday and they never tried to deliver said it failed all week i been home waiting and same bull delivery failed worst delivery company ever

Even 1star is too good for this company absolutely rubbish . Worst company ever.

Not sure what’s going on with relay. I’ve had quite a few parcels arrive via relay through Vinted. No issues at all, I actually thought it was great as it arrived so quickly. I’ve recently got another order coming with relay and it’s just not updated since it was dropped at the shop ages ago. Such a shame as I was finding relay so good prior to this and seeing lots of other peoples bad experiences

They were buzzing my door at 6.15am. I was fast asleep, they woke me up, but I thought I had dreamt it until I saw an email at 7am to say they had made delivery. When I went downstairs, they had left the package outside the communal entrance to my block of flats. It was soaking wet and the contents had been smashed.

Lost a number of my parcels, emailed then to track my parcels to be told they couldn't give me any update absolutely rubbish service along with customer service AVOID at all costs

The amount of parcels that have gone missing with Relay is unreal, they have taken days to even collect my parcel from the shop, tracking never seems to be accurate either. Will never use them again.

Always have issues with Relay. I paid specifically to have a parcel delivered today due to going away tomorrow and it isn't even at the depot yet! Relay have it, but haven't processed it. Shein need to invest in partnerships with companies who actually deliver on time. It's an absolute joke. Money wasted on outfits and expedited delivery.

Sent a lovely red dress thru this delivery service.Didnt arrive.I recommend You dont bother with this RUBBISHseevice.
COMPLERELY UNRELIABLE

It should be illegal for a courier company to exist that don’t deliver and have 0 communication. I will no longer shop with any company who gives my paid for items to them.

I wouldn’t give them that. Sent a Vinted parcel all tracked the buyer goes to pick it up and they say it’s not there. When you look at how to resolve it they take NO responsibility. It’s disgusting that they are getting away with this. Stop using them.

Shocking. I bought an item from Vinted and received a different item. The bar code was correct but it seems relay have a history of doing this. 4 people loose out; two sellers and two buyers every time this happens. Shocking 😮

Very disappointing delivery experience

The courier called me while I was at work, and I told him someone was at home. I assumed the parcel had been delivered to my flat when it was marked as delivered. However, when I came home, I discovered from the “proof of delivery” it had simply been left on the floor downstairs next to the main entrance and stairs and near the bin areas, completely outside of all the flats which are all allocated upstairs.

The courier did not even attempt to come upstairs to my flat. The delivery proof falsely stated that it was left in a “mail area”. We have no mail or reception area at all. I also have a door camera at my flat, which shows no delivery attempt.

The parcel was a flat envelope that could easily have been mistaken for rubbish, and I still do not know whether it was stolen or thrown away. The item was a used collectible and is not replaceable, which makes this especially upsetting.

I have never experienced such an irresponsible delivery. This was my first experience with Relay, and unfortunately, after this experience, I would not use the service again.

A neighbour's parcel was delivered to me. As the nieghbour was quite a distance away I complained to Relay that the delivery guy dumped a parcel on me (he rang the doorbell, quickly handed me a parcel saying 'here's your package' whilst taking a picture then left, I only then noticed it was for someone else). They then emailed me back saying, quote:

"Unfortunately, the intended recipient has not contacted us yet regarding this parcel, so we are unable to provide any further delivery details.
In the meantime, you may keep the parcel or dispose of it as you see fit."

Which is very much illegal in the UK. I delivered the parcel myself to the neighbour.

My experience with Relay Delivery Service has been extremely one of the worst very disappointing and concerning. My parcel was not delivered to me safely or appropriately. Instead, it was apparently left in an open, abandoned building, where it could easily have been stolen, damaged, or lost. On still have not received my item

What makes the situation even worse is that I was then told that I had specifically requested or agreed for the parcel to be left there. This is completely untrue. I did not give permission for my parcel to be left in an unsafe and unsecured location, and I certainly did not instruct the driver to leave it in an abandoned building.

A delivery service has a responsibility to handle customers’ parcels with reasonable care and to provide accurate information about where and how a parcel was delivered. Leaving a parcel in an open, abandoned property is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the standards of service being provided.

I believe this matter deserves proper investigation, and I would strongly encourage the relevant authorities, including Trading Standards if appropriate, to review the practices and customer service of this company.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Relay Delivery Service and would strongly advise customers to think carefully before using them.
