Excellent professional service from the initial survey to the completion of the insulation being done.
The fitters arrived on time , were friendly and professional .
They removed over 28years worth of storage and safely disposed of it.
The loft looks amazing now and I would highly recommend this company.

The whole process from start to finish was made smooth by excellent customer focused staff. Steve arrived and carried out a survey of our loft and explained all the issues he had identified and Morgan quickly produced a no obligation quotation for the works required. You don't realise what an important space your loft is and is often neglected. I was happy to proceed and was kept informed of a suitable installation date for both parties. Manager Tim communicated with me on a regular basis during the whole process and went over and above of what i expected. The installation was carried out by Alex and Jamie, who respected our property and were both polite and professional. Special thanks to these two lovely friendly guys. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reloft to anybody wanting a loft refurbishment. Thank you to Tim and his wonderful staff.

Reloft recently renewed my loft insulation etc. All the old stuff removed and other debris. They secured a tube from the loft hatch ensuring there was no mess caused by this removal, anywhere in my home. They were polite, ensured I was informed and reassured of all the work being undertaken, at each stage. I would recommend these to anyone thinking their loft insulation might need checking and possibly sorting out. I am delighted with the new insulation, and winter (currently approaching sometime soon) is no longer a worry for me.

From start, speaking with Morgan who arranged a survey of the loft by Steve, to the lads Alex and his mate (forget his name sorry). Everything done within a week of contacting them. The advice given was excellent from Steve and the work from the lads brilliant couldn't fault them. On time, very polite, worked hard emptied the loft and returned everything when finished. They left the house clean and tidy as if their own. Excellent service can't fault the whole team would certainly recommend this company.

I have had a great experience from start to finish. Morgan in the office was friendly and efficient. Survey was booked in promptly. Steve was very informative and explained his findings clearly and showed photos of the issues we had in the loft.
The works were booked in for the following week. The fitters that came arrived on time as discussed and cracked on with works straight away. They were respectful of my home and covered the stairs and landing with protective sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you all, highly recommend.

Brilliant service from first contact to final finished loft . Lads worked so hard to sort out a faulty loft with speed no hassle and went the extra mile to make my loft protected from leaks , insulation, loft hatch . Survey was done diligently and professionally. The two lads Alex & Luke who did the fitting were excellent and respectful and did a great job.

They were very professional from the beginning. I was given the name of the loft surveyor and his time of arrival, he phoned beforehand to confirm his arrival time. They arrived promptly to do the work, carpets, furniture etc., were all protected from dust. I was shown each stage as it was complete. They removed all the rubbish and left everything clean and tidy.
I was extremely happy with the work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their insulation replaced or their loft boarded out for more storage space.

The whole experience from Martin surveying to Alex and Luke installing the insulation and Tim calling to see all ok and not forgetting Morgan in the office doing the paperwork. Everything ran like clockwork. Very pleased with with all aspects. The lads were very polite and friendly and kept the job, which took two

Excellent service very professional from start to finish

ReLoft have just carried out new loft installation in our property on 3rd &4th of April 2026. We are very pleased with the work carried out.
Before starting they did a thorough survey of the loft to see what work needed doing and showed us what they found.
We decided to go a head with the work.
When the men turned up the first job they did was empty the loft for us before starting the work. When they got started and didn’t stop all day.
We couldn’t believe the thickness of the new insulation they were using, which made us realise how thin and poor the old insulation was and it wasn’t doing its job.
Once the work was completed the men cleaned up and returned all our things back into the loft.
The standard of work was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this company.

Steve who came was polite and did a good evaluation of my loft and was happy with the overall condition letting me know that I had no worries regarding the insulation peace of mind was restored
