It looks great in our entryway and feels quite sturdy when we sit on it to put on our shoes. The padded top is comfortable, and the lower racks provide plenty of space for the shoes we wear most often. Its finish is slightly darker than I expected, but it still fits the space perfectly.
Avoid at all costs. Product is made of poor quality material, pieces such as drawer runners and door handles were left out, colour was wrong, product was damaged in many places (packaging was well done so damage was done prior to shipping). Had to buy our own handles and runners and repaint. When contacting the company they offered next to nothing in compensation.
Do not buy from them, regardless of how cheap it may be.
The executive desk arrived but I noticed a slight dent on the left corner when unboxing. Messaged Jack straight away and he sorted it out for me in no time. Top-notch after-sales service, no hassle at all!
Horrible product. We had to drill holes out self because of how poorly made this product was. Despite the 4 month delivery. Pieces would not fit, so we had to DIY it ourselves. No leg room, the desk came in the wrong direction. Shown on the website you’d have a good amount of leg room, cupboard and drawer on the side of the alcove. WRONG.
It feels cheap. It looks cheap.
No lights for “LED alcove” came with it.
I got sent the wrong colour after they messaged me saying they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked for a refund and suddenly, the colour I wanted was back in stock. Then got sent the wrong colour anyways.
Also arrived damaged. With chips. And cracks.
Horrible. Do not order prepared to get scammed.

Paid for a dining table and chairs and as soon as I paid, got an email to say it would take between 44 -69 business days for the delivery to take place. At no time at the point of purchase did it say that on their website.
As soon as I contacted them to cancel, they hit me with a 25% penalty.

We’re sorry the customer was unhappy with the experience.
However, the estimated delivery timeframe was stated on our product page and shipping policy before purchase, as some of our furniture pieces are made-to-order and shipped internationally.
The cancellation request was also made after the order had already been processed and shipped. Our website policy clearly explains that cancellations at this stage may incur cancellation fees due to production and shipping costs already incurred.
Despite this, the customer ultimately received a full refund, while the related losses and fees were absorbed by us.
We always strive to be transparent and appreciate the feedback.
