Won’t hold air and customer service non existent

This was a surprise 41st anniversary present for my husband. He works a hard job outside and I thought with winter coming it would be perfect. It was very easy to set up and the first time we got in it the first words out of his mouth were "why didn't you think of this year's ago!"

Exactly what I was looking for. I transformed a small storage room into a personal spa. My 2 person spa tub is perfect for this space. I wasn't expecting the jets to be as powerful as they are! Very impressive. Love love love this personal spa!

The spa is definitely a $400 spa. As far as craftsmanship, It's very good. The filtration system is very basic. I have not had it get up to 104 other than one day when the heat was left on all day and it was about 80° outside. How's your internet? The heat drops pretty quickly and then also drops with the bubbles on. All in all, it's a very simple spa. Not a bad purchase and it looks nice If you're trying to just have something simple without spending thousands.

A smooth process. Using the Shop app, the purchase took a minute and the spa arrived a few days later. Have enjoyed it every day since! I'm only three days in, but all is good.

Excellent product. My family loves.

We bought a 4 to 6 person.hot tub from Amazon. From the day that we received the hot tub. We blew it up and it would not hold air. The heater would not work and it started leaking and coming apart at the seams. We put in report after report, And listed all the problems ask if we could send it back. They kept telling us it was only returnable for 14 days. But we kept sending photos and complaints and found out. It's a 2 year warranty. Where are just now getting ready to send it back to the company very unhappy, be very careful buying hot tubs from this company. It has been a nightmare from day one.

I wish the inflatable hot tub came with the inflatable cover. This was my mistake of not reading but now can't even order it as it is unavailable.

had such high hopes for this hot tub. We set it up in the summer and it still doesn’t reach past 100 degrees. I’ve emailed, they wanted a video and said I would get a FULL replacement or money back. After I sent the video of it clearly not going up in temperature now they want to just send me a part after going through a warranty process. It’s been used maybe 2 times. Never again
