Your marketing is one thing it's best for this is good for you all but the rent is too high and you pretty much it's not thinking about people that reasonable rent affordable rent for people's only getting minimum wages
Do better

Office be more available for phone calls.

I can't find an Income Restricted Property!

Sign up was easy and stright forward.

After application is submitted, I’m unable to go in and add documents or edit nor have I heard back from the complex, I was never prompted to pay the deposit and application fees.

Worst website I ever used for accessing account and payment. Need to overhaul their website.

Egret Crossing Apts. is a great place to live. It is centrally located making it convenient for shopping and medical treatment. Two major Novant Hospitals are within twenty five miles of Egret Crossing Apt. For shopping there is a large Walmart store two miles away in scenic Southport.
If you want beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, Oak Island is only three miles away. There are also many fine restaurants just minutes away.

I only use Rent Cafe’ to pay my rent. I had to jump through hoops to set up my account as I was forced to open yet another bank account because you are limited on banking institutions.

Also, getting maintenance requests through this site is a nightmare. I just wlak over to the office. So much easier.

My next apartment uses a different service… Thank GOD.

Great app for rent

For me this just doesn't work! It's all over the place. Supposedly I am supposed to go in there and check my personal account, every time I do that the page says "oops something went wrong" when I ask about this they said don't worry about it just go to the web site. That doesn't work either! It's extremely frustrating, because I'm supposed to be able to go in there and ask for emergency maintenance. My air-conditioning quit working last night. Can't find that page or tab or anything to help! This whole process is garbage! Can't even speak to a human anymore!

It's easy to pay my rent automatically, and I like being able to access the monthly activity calendar. I wish I had known that the automatic payment agreement was only for one year. I was charged a $50 late fee when I missed a payment because I assumed payments would continue until I stopped them. I may have missed the alert that my plan needed to be renewed annually??

Personnel. Everybody at Marquis has been excellent. Ready to help and we A\are very happy. Thank you.

Some Rental links don’t provide much information but RentalCafe still shares their information which is very limited. Most important thing I’m looking for is single occupancy. In the area I’m looking for in Ann Arbor Michigan there are lots of joint occupancy units and they are not so transparent in their apartment description. Please find a way to filter those out or make them more identifiable.

I don't like to have apartment sent to me above my price range I would like for everything to stay up under or above my price range I do want something that has amenities washer and dryer inside or available.

For me personally the AI was very helpful but what really impressed is the follow up with the agent..He was super helpful and polite..Overall I was very pleased with my experience!

It's very well-prepared for finding the apartment you need and very simple; you don't have any difficulties searching in your preferred location. I personally felt very comfortable searching for apartments here on this site; I hope they always keep it the same.
