When I put a particular city and state in the search bar, my old search results for different cities pop up in the results. This has happened numerous times. Very frustrating!

It is very nice to live here. It is a very quiet. And I do feel safe, living here. In the office manager is wonderful if I’ve had any questions she’s always happy to help me in the maintenance guys are wonderful and very responsive. And they have made lots of improvements on the outside of the apartments and it looks a lot better than it used to.

My experience with RentCafe has raised serious concerns about the integrity of its review platform.

After what I believe was discriminatory treatment during my apartment application process, I submitted reviews describing my experience with the property management company. Those reviews were repeatedly removed or never published, despite being based on my personal experience.

As a consumer, this left me questioning whether RentCafe’s primary commitment is to prospective renters or to the property managers and owners who advertise on its platform. When legitimate negative experiences are filtered out, consumers may be prevented from seeing a complete and balanced picture before making important housing decisions.

Reviews are meant to inform the public—not just highlight positive experiences. If unfavorable but genuine customer experiences are consistently rejected, the credibility of the entire review system is undermined.

Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence that RentCafe provides a transparent or balanced platform for consumer feedback. I will be preserving documentation of my review submissions and the moderation process as part of the concerns I am raising through the appropriate channels.

Consumers deserve transparency, not selective moderation that may leave them with an incomplete picture of a property’s management and leasing practices.

I do not like that the directory is not sorted by Last Name. It is difficult for guests when they need to find the first name first rather than the Last name first.

Difficult to get into. had a hard time with entries . Some place wouldn't let me enter information. It was hard to get back into my application to continue adding information.

I think the company can improve by requiring its partners to actually communicate back with potential renters in some form or another. I have reached out to renters/realtors more than 20 times and not one of them has gotten back to me yet the apartments that I have either requested to apply to or more information about are still listed as available. It’s making me feel as if they are not either getting my inquiries or blatantly ignoring me while also receiving my information.

I'm not able to start an application an get around to the next page of the application Im stuck on the floor plan selection page but it keeps saying no apt available when it has 8 selections to chose everything I click on takes me to same apt search page an I can't get next part of application needs to be updated

I came here 3 months ago due to it taking 3 months to sign recertification for my 12th year in my apartment. Well we are at 6 months and I just signed them for the 4th time. 11 years BEFORE this service ot was go to the office once and done. My current lease expires at the end of the month and we STILL can't get recertification done to even get a lease. Looks like me at 50 and my 69 year old mother and her 77 year old husband gets to be homeless. How can you improve? Desolve the company. You all suck at this and need to find a different line of work to be perfectly honest!

More like homeless cafe. You cant set up auto pay for the first of the coming month, you set it for the next and then when the autopay kicks in, it delays paying and is getting me in trouble with my landlord. Going to have me on the street.

Costumer service is awesome, caring, and concern about having a wonderful place to live. They listen to your concern.

Its terrible i use this for ascot park apartment and they never respond and mark my maintence as complete even though no one idd the work half the time and the lease is wrong
