This is by far, the most useless company I have ever dealt with and I am forced to through my condo association. They make it IMPOSSIBLE for me to pay my maintenance fee every month and I am begging my association to PLEASE just take a check. I want to run for the board this fall to replace this company.

Very easy to navigate shows how many available apartments and it's updated daily or tells you when it was last updated. It contacts iyou quickly to luk they've received and follows up to let you know that date passed on your application to the manager.. Everything

The account is always locked. It freezes up It feels like a video game. It keeps locking and saying my account is locked

RentCafe dropped my AutoPay setup - again!

Didn't tell me, and then charged me a late fee - again!

Nice easy to do

Rent cafe is good and easy only issue I have is my lease is taking forever and if I don’t have soon I’ll have to go else where. But app is great and you can do everything from there .

This is by far the worst website I have ever had to endure it does not navigate very well it is set up horribly I cannot get to an application there's nothing on there that leads me to an application it tells me to apply for an apartment but then it tells me I don't have no applications stupid frustrating gave me a headache I'm just going to give up the apartment I was trying to get because the only way you can apply it's through rent Cafe it's too much

I appreciate how the company is checking in how I am doing. My updates with my experience within the community helps me with my decision in staying with Villatree.

RentCafe gives good quality service for the community we're looking for. Very user friendly and has good selection to choose from

Your site is TERRIBLE! I tried multiple times to log on and pay my rent and it fights me every time. I'm complaining to management

They keep sending rental information that is not in my budget range.

Its a huge inconvenience that you guys do not accept all bank institutions. I wanted to add Logix Federal Credit Union and you do not accept it but yet you accept Wescom Credit Union

Nice people I talk to and the places is very nice.

A decade in the same apartment with no issues with rent or leases. They switched to this garbage and 3 months later STILL trying to get the lease signed. It fogot I even lived here, had to be invited multiple times. Forgets passwords, resetting them is damn near impossible. Tbis is the definition of lazy. The people don't want to work so they made a machine do it. Their laziness shows in how this garbage functions in real time. Avoid ALL places that use this.

11 years I the same apartment with 0 issues with rent payments or leases. Switched to this garbage and 3 months later STILL can't get the lease signed properly. The "system" eats stuff won't recognize passwords and changes. Forgets your account. Pure garbage made by people that want to do less work. And their laziness shows in how this "feature" works in real time. Avoid any apartments that use this headache of a platform!!!!
