Great response from maintenance personnel. Maintenance problem with sight is having to go through the review of the sight before being able to go to where I needed to in the sight. If u need a review put it at the end of the sight.

how can i give more than 1 star to a site that will not let me update a review of my building after new management put in the work and made the changes?

Zero customer support or responsiveness. Just a lousy web form without confirmation of submittal or an email or other way to contact. So,,, they FAILED miserably at a basic function. Fix it and maybe i will update this review.

for the other functions. it does what it is designed for. but i could build a ticketing payment and helpdesk that's more responsive in a weekend with claude. not impressed.

It's very difficult finding properties with a section 8 voucher that's decent &Livable and meets the income requirement

My rent is paid through RentCafe, I have always been enrolled and used auto pay. On more than one occasion my rent has NOT been paid, even though I am enrolled in auto pay, which has resulted in me getting late fees, I'm so frustrated with it, I wish my land lord didn't use it

Spent over an hour. Still can't get in as its saying I'm not connected to a device! Extremely difficult to navigate. I'm so frustrated!

So far the site seems to do its job-account information is accurate and up to date.

RentCafe's website is an unreliable, glitch-filled nightmare. The property manager had to send me an alternative QR code to verify my ID after the website failed on every website and iOS. Then after submitting, I see the questions on the rentcafe website vs. the property website are different, which makes me feel like my application will be rejected. My roomates are unable to save their information or complete their apps, so we are stuck in RentCafe application limbo hell with no idea how to proceed. As my husband says, this crappy website feels vibe coded with no thought into user experience and it's full of dead ends and blocks. If you are a property manager, I strongly discourage using this platform. It will seriously frustrate your tenants and potentially lose you serious applicants.

Most of the houses I showed interest has no contact info which tells me that they were already rented out or the home was sold. If that’s the case take them down instead of sending daily notifications about the property and they are no longer available.

When you set your parameters, they do not stay within your limits. I say I can afford $1,400/mo and they start showing me $2,100/mo. That's more than my total income! Very annoying time waster!!
