Outrageous! They lure you to sign up with a €1 transaction and then take €39 out of your account in a subscription. The choice of houses is far inferior also to any other I’ve looked out. Stay clear of this site!

Scam website. It is a ruse, advertising properties charging unrealistic rents. In order to contact the landlord you have to subscribe and they will then charge a further €35 within 24 hours. It should be taken down immediately before more desperate people are scammed.

Wouldn’t even give one star. SCAM SCAM SCAM- paid £1 for 7 day free trial- immediately cancelled subscription as by their terms & conditions - they have gone to take £35 today. Fraudsters, bank aware and have stopped for further payments and I have to wait until the £35 stolen has fully debited to get it reimbursed.

Signed up for 1 euro but got charged 39 euro now and when I talked to the bank its the second payment that was taken from me. Its good to see they seem to have customer service and have responded to others here. I have not received a response to my email from earlier today yet. But if I do ill will update this comment with a response. I hope I have the same experience as others here who have had their refunds.

I cancelled my subscription and was told I would not be further charged and the next week I was double charged. I emailed them with screenshots and they are ignoring the facts and saying there is no issue with my account and “have a wonderful day”.

I signed up and paid €1 to get a property owners email to contact him for a viewing and the following weeks the website charged me €38 without my consent. This website is a SCAM, never sign up to it and make the same mistakes I did. There are much better websites to find a property I urge you to search elsewhere and end your quest to see if rentola is a trustworthy website here.

Last august Rentola ie charged me twice the monthly subscription
A week ago I sent Rentola IE an email asking to be reimbursed
I am still waiting for an answer, that they still have to provide, they are clearly ignoring my request.
l received no answer whatsoever to my original email asking them to be reimbursed the twice applied monthly charge
(l managed to unsubscribe)
The only communication l still receiving from Rentola is about my cancelled subscription and when is about to expire, no answer to my original request to be reimbursed.
