SCAM - don’t waste your time
They rely on tenants not reading the T&Cs and market themselves as providing a £0 deposit service when in actuality, the money you pay is a fee that is not returned at the end of the tenancy. So, even when the property is returned in great condition and no charges would ordinarily apply, you effectively still forfeit the sum paid to Reposit. This is not made clear at all at the time. In short, you’re better off paying the cash deposit so that this is returned in full rather than paying a service fee which doesn’t even limit your liability for end of tenancy charges. A SCAM

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience, but we do, however, want to clarify how Reposit works.
Reposit is a deposit alternative product that allows tenants to pay a non-refundable Reposit Service fee instead of a traditional cash deposit. Instead of paying a deposit of typically five weeks’ rent upfront, a tenant who chooses Reposit pays a non-refundable service fee equivalent to one week’s rent, subject to a £150 minimum.
This means there is no cash deposit to return at the end of the tenancy, and tenants remain liable for any end of tenancy charges raised.
Using Reposit is also optional, and we appreciate it won't be the right option for everyone.
