**WARNING: FRAUDULENT COMPANY**

Be cautious of this company, as it is operating as a scam. They have defrauded me of £1080 and have provided no assistance. Their customer service is utterly inadequate.

My case was overlooked, resulting in an increase in my rateable value. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response. I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Murtada Khalil ABADY(JACK) He’s an absolute tool and has a wife that he bully’s infront of all his staff. He’s a thief and lives in whitefield. he robs people for a living and never helps them. I did sales there and lied for him everyday as he taught me to do. I was trained and believed I was selling the correct way. When I noticed I was ripping people off I left the business he obviously didn’t pay me and then threatened me on top off that. His comonay is based in Bolton and I hope he gets arrested sooner rather than later. He’s a weirdo. He won’t get you rebate he takes your money and tells sales to measure but changes the measurements before he sends it off. Every account will get rejected or may receive back 10% what he charged you. He’ll promise £3000 return but you’ll get either nothing or £100 back. After paying £1000 is it worth it

I paid them £5000 and they didn’t do anything I called many times wanted to talk to the manager but they said he is on Holuday and will be back in 6 months .after all this they wanted get more money out of me in a threaten way these guys are just fake they are a scammer just take your money and never do anything please don’t give them money as I did .

Complete and utter waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We paid our fee in August 2022. A claim was not made and our money has not been returned as 'promised'. Impossible to contact the very illusive 'Jack' (director, apparently) and calls are not returned, emails ignored. I have chased them for a refund for OVER 12 MONTHS. Staff are now being rude and difficult when I waste my time calling. Having done some digging, the company have not filed their accounts and in the process of being struck off. I don't understand how they are still operating a business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are thieves, plain and simple!!

Scammed out of the best part of a £1000 tell you that if you don’t win your case you will get your money back absolute lies 😡

paid them £1000 upfront to basically do all the work myself. Got told I shouldnt be paying rates & my account will be put on hold- All false information. I'm now in arrears with my business rates & to top it off my rateable value has gone up!

Also sent 3/4 emails - NO REPLY

This company rip you off, and do not deliver. They are very stress I’ve with their payment collection too, not sticking to the verbal agreement

DO NOT TUST this company, utterly disappointed with my experience. Complete SCAM.

I used to work for them.
When i was layed off, it took two weeks of constant of calling to get paid for the time i worked there. Eventually, I wasnt paid the full amount of money.
Be careful, they are trained liars, thats their job.
For the short time i worked there, i felt something was off. The manager would tell me to say all sorts of things to the customers, which i now know were lies, but employees who worked there for longer would laugh and tell me “its a lie”. I wasnt sure who to believe.
It wasnt until they scammed me off my money i realised the cold ,heartless people they are.
Its shameful to know that this is what people choose to do with their lives!
Be careful!, and believe the other negative reviews left below.

Initally, the process was very difficult to follow through, and after many many calls the team finally decided to help my business out. They managed to lower my Business rate by 30% which is ideal, however i must add that it took quite a long time.
They work slow but the job was properly done!

I’ve considered your emails and have also checked Companies House in relation to Overrated Rates Limited (12053138) - presumably ‘Re-rates’ is their trading name.

The company applied for voluntary strike-off in October 2022 but they cannot do this if they have traded during the previous 3 months. I’m unsure whether they have traded in the 3 months prior to October 2022 but the fact that you say in your email that you phone them to ask for updates and they blame the council tends to suggest that they are still trading.

The company’s application for voluntary strike-off was accepted by the Companies House on 25 October and a notice was filed by Companies House explaining that unless cause was shown to the contrary, the company would be struck-off on 25 December. Someone has already been in touch with Companies House to raise their concerns and the voluntary strike-off action has been suspended (see attached).

I would suggest that you keep a close eye on Companies House to make sure that the strike-off remains suspended and if it becomes active again, you can take a similar approach in contacting Companies House to request that the strike-off action is suspended once again.

The company is actively trying to be struck-off and the last filed accounts were for a dormant company (attached), it appears that the company has little money/assets to be able to pay.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

Being a previous employee at this company I can first handle tell you that the injustice and negligence of the Managing director is absolutely appalling.

Refusing to give P45s saying that he doesn’t have to give it just because he didn’t hear what he wanted. Touching himself inappropriately in front of female staff, intimidating them, allowing racism to take place, dodging the HR company that supports him.

To all people looking to make a complaint. Go to companies house and put in STOP to the striking off order he has in place. If he owes you money put the stop in place because once the company goes you don’t get anything. Friendly tip!

Absolute joke of a company. MD convicted wife beater, on separate charge for the rape of a minor. Crown court proceedings forthcoming. Makes staff to do reviews on this site or they get sacked.

Do not trust these scam artist! they ask for upfront fees of over £1000 which an honest company would not do.
They give you a flimsy contract with writing looking more like a bar code, this includes something completely different to what they explain verbally.
Before you know these guys are calling you from their dodgy room in Bolton threatening you with legal action or if you are unlucky enough they just take the a large some of money from your account.

Never knew I was entitled to business rates relief until Re-Rates informed me. Paid a fee and they put my rates down and gave me a rebate. Many thanks to the surveyors and case workers.
