Rerates 

Finally got my rates to 0. Thank you to everyone at re rates who helped me and for your friendly, helpful service. Definitely recommend :)

Great company. I had no idea I was being overcharged on my business rates until recently. I was skeptical to begin with but they did the job and I could follow all the progress on the VOA portal they provided me with. Would recommend.

This is not a business...this is a scam!

DO NOT TRUST!!

We paid, under schoolyard pathetic pressure, for a £1700 "survey"...as a result was told we would receive a circa £5,500 rebate but ONLY if we paid their commission up front. By this point I was nervous of their very pushy sales technique so demanded in writing commitment to rebate and that we would be refunded commission if it was to not surface for some reason with 5 working days.

3 months, 28 emails, 16 phone calls....the total rebate was £96. Despite numerous calls...we only had 1 call from a manager promising resolution within 24 hours and only after threatening legal action...but still nothing...

Hand on heart please do not trust this company...it is a total scam that promise the earth...fail to deliver...and then when you try to pursue for refund just shut you out.

We are are in the process of reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman to begin legal proceedings to recoup circa £6k of cost to us...

In truth I was never 100% convinced in their pledges as it always struck me as slightly dodgy...but because we got written pledges of refund should the rebate failed we continued..but instead now have to pursue legal measures to recoup the funds...which although we will get as the contract is legally binding...we know was done in the hope that we would give up.

Essentially it is a scam targeting businesses who in the face of covid repercussions and rising costs are just looking for a fair deal...instead you get thieves...

Do not use!

Very disappointed with this company as worked there for 2 weeks and then got fired and got told that will receive full pay, upon waiting for it didnt get paid anything until yesterday which was no way near to what I was supposed to had to chase every single day and kept being told different stories, and they still have no courtesy to pay me my full wage even after I have told them that I have my rent and bills to pay, very unprofessional company, wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.

As a client of re-rates they have helped me bring down my business rates to 0. I am so grateful and appreciative of their work.

Shocking company! Spoke to there over a year ago they took over £2000 to sort my rates out

Had nothing back at all, only the odd call after i have called 20odd times!

Then today this company has called my business again to see if they can help with my rates???

Id love to be contacted regarding this and if you can use the money i already sent you and did NOTHING with

SCAM ARTISTS, these little thugs are ripping off small businesses, taking advantages of people who do not speak English so well. They purport to take a small percentage and then harrass you for a large sum! A nonsensical amount of money when they have not saved you a penny.

Horrendous experience. Took money and never dealt with instruction. Check small print in T's and C's. The cost of cancelling contract is nearly as much as their total fee. Zero customer service. Cowboy outfit so just avoid them. 1 star flatters them.

They were professional and kept me updater with the process

Helped me reduce my business rates bills and top company to deal with. Will keep trying to get you savings even years down the line they’ve helped me out hugely with savings and telling me what I’m entitled to etc otherwise I’d of had no clue. Will be using Jack and re rates for all my future businesses as I have my current.
