Lauren Kaufman was truly amazing to work with. I would recommend her to any of my friends/colleagues. She helped me from start to finish on 2 separate contract/negotiations, one bonus-based, and one RVU based, and I am confident we got the best deal and fit for me. Lauren did a great job of communicating and explaining the offer letter to me. She provided good suggestions, some of which the hiring manager agreed with. I ultimately got a higher salary and clarification on other items in the letter. I appreciated Lauren's availability, knowledge, and prompt responses. I used Resolve coming out of residency to negotiate a contract for my first job. I got a referral from an attending at my training hospital for Lauren and man am I glad I did. Michael was incredibly quick with his response and connecting me with Lauren/setting up my account and Lauren couldn’t be easier to work with. The experience was so good that I had no qualms about returning to resolve a year later when I realized I needed to terminate my contract early. The process was smooth and again, Lauren was amazing. She’s knowledgable, approachable and accessible. I was especially anxious the second time around considering I felt I’d made the wrong choice the first and didn’t want to do it again, so I had a ton of questions. Lauren was always quick and thorough with her responses. She walked me through the termination process and then helped me negotiate terms of multiple new contracts. Anything I asked for she worked to get me with the new job. I truly hope I don’t need resolve again any time soon, but when/if it comes time to find another job again, I will absolutely be back.

The ability to have her negotiate on my behalf was wonderful. I have used a local employment attorney and this was a completely different experience.
