Resolve was recommended to me by a friend who’d used them twice already. This was my first time negotiating a contract and I’m extremely thankful I had them assisting me during this process. I was helped by Lauren Kaufman, and she did such a great job. She helped me zero in on concerning aspects of the contract and even helped get me closer to the compensation that’s due to me. At the moment, they are my go to for any future contracts. I highly recommend!

I was very pleased working with Zach at Resolve. My contract was complicated with had multiple documents dealing with partnership, real estate, and equipment purchases. He reviewed all of the documents efficiently and gave excellent recommendations. He made himself available via email or phone call every time I had a question and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also helped by communicating directly with my prospective employer's legal representation for negotiations when appropriate. I would highly recommend Zach and Resolve in the future and plan to use them again in the future if the need arises.

Excellent experience - First contract review

The entire process of working with Resolve was fantastic! Their AI-powered review of uploaded contract documents to look for red flags and points to discuss was great. However, I truly believe that Bryce Krieger really made the experience extraordinary. His patience and knowledge and willingness to help every step of the way and even to negotiate on my behalf made my experience so much better, and I believe I achieved what I wanted from my negotiations. I will use Resolve anytime I have to have a contract reviewed from here on out!
