Excellent experience! Scheduling was easy online with multiple dates available. We received several emails confirming the date and time of picked. The driver sent a text when they were on their way and arrived very promptly. They were careful in removing the items being picked up and we received a tax receipt later that afternoon.

The donation was handled quickly.
There was a small fee for moving a love seat and couch but it was reasonable and better ( and cheaper!) than various companies that would have taken the items to the dump even though they were still in decent condition.

the pickup was smooth. the team was nice. the issue was the additional charges. the sofa and 2 chairs were both larger than when i added the items to the resupply page. the sofa because 'extra large' and the 2 chairs 'large'. would have been more transparent if the webpage gave a size description for a 'sofa' and what constitutes 'large' vs 'extra large'

Although the freight elevator in my apartment was not working, they found a way to come and get my donations anyway. The workers were friendly and professional. Thank you.

They were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me when my scheduled pickup failed. I will now be donating to ReSupply.

Polite, efficient, easy forms to use to set up

Gustavo and his assistant kept in contact with us to advise that they were running behind schedule. Once they arrived, they completed the clean-out in about 1 hour. Both were very friendly.

great experience - scheduling was easy, pick up crew friendly and hard working.

The level of communication met my expectation. We did a walk through, and I showed them what I would like for them to take for donations. I also told them items I had questions about what to do with them. They asked clarifying questions and gave me their opinion about getting rid of other items for me to think about. They went through the rooms to prepare for loading. They did not need babysat, so I was able to spend my time preparing my items for the move. They were careful with items I donated. Once they had the items in their truck, we did a final walkthrough for answers to their questions and for me to give any final instructions. They were very systematic, careful, very friendly, and compassionate towards my current life situation.

The guys were great. What I thought needed two people to lift was lifted easily by one of them. Polite, on time and done in about 5 minutes. Happy to support our Veterans.

The two people assigned to the pickup were great, friendly, and efficient. However, pricing was not transparent. I explained in my comments that the mattress had to be taken down two staircases, and I was given a price. Then, when the pickup took place, I was told there would be an additional substantial surcharge for the staircases.

I was skeptical when I signed up for the ReSupply pickup. Meanwhile everything went exactly as promised. Two polite and efficient and competent movers came on time and removed my couch for donation. I would use again!

The communication and explanations of cost and services were excellent as was the speed of the pick up.
