It was easy, went to a good cause and the movers were very nice.

Just too expensive and I had a AM window that turned into a PM appointment. I don't think I want to use this company again. But they showed up, and hauled away my donations.

He was so kind, helpful, careful, efficient, and capable. I would highly recommend him.

The staff was respectful, the booking process simple, and the service was good. The cost, however, of donating was quite high; and the prep work required to prepare the donation (items had to be boxed/bagged) was costly in time and money.

Start to finish the organization, was very timely with all of their communication. The process was very easy to get a quote and a coordinate a pick up. The drivers were timely and polite. I would definitely recommend their services. They were also the most affordable out of all of the organizations I reached out to to make a donation.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Chad and Devin. They were professional, pleasant and very efficient . I highly recommend this company and look forward to employing them in the future.

The guys were very professional and quick. I hope the furniture goes to a good home. This was a great way to give good furniture to someone who needs it.

Everything went wrong with using ReSupply that possibly could have.

We booked them because the ReSupply booking agent on the phone said that mattresses were donate-able through their service. When I asked specifically, they said "we have charities that need mattresses". But then at the pickup they refused to take our brand new mattress. I would not have booked a pickup with them requiring 100.00 fee for just showing on top of an additional fee for each item except that really didn't want a new mattress to go into landfill.

On top of their misinformation regarding the mattress, they did not give the driver an updated list of our donations so he came in a pickup truck that was too small for the items (possibly why he identified so many items as non-donateable) and we were not contacted 30 minutes before the actual arrival time, as promised by ReSupply.

ReSupply is disorganized and has misleading agents at best and is outright deceitful at worst. It would have been much better and certainly cheaper to hire haulers ourselves to take our belonging directly to a charity like Salvation Army or St. Vincent De Paul. We went with ReSupply believing they would go the extra mile to donate our usable belongings (like our mattress) to hard-to-locate charities like halfway houses, women's shelter, and warehouses of furniture to help those transitioning from homelessness, etc. They do not go beyond thrift store donations ,and you can't count on them to even do that. The only only thing you can count on them for is to unfairly charge for their "service."

First I will say the website where you input your items and it generates an estimate with your total cost is completely wrong. When the haulers arrived they determined what the cost per item would be. I also had scheduled the haulers to come between 8-12 and they arrived 3 hours late. When I attempted to contact customer service about this I could only text and they couldn’t give me any discount other than the offer to refund me my $10 booking fee. The delayed arrival resulted in me spending $158 on a hotel room because I was moving out of state and had a 12 hour car trip which couldn’t begin until after the haulers left (at 530 pm). And they left a huge scratch on my dining room floor when they haphazardly moved a piece of furniture by dragging it across the floor. You try to do the right thing and donate to a good cause and it caused nothing but aggravation and expense.

Even though our old piano was eventually going to the dump, the movers took care with moving it and also care in the house. The move was done quickly, safely, and conscientiously.

When the movers arrived to take the Couch and Futon, they added an additional 60 dollars to dispose of the futon mattress which because i took a picture when I made arrangements for the Futon pick up and uploaded the picture to the website my only negative is they Resupply should have let me know there would be an additional charge for the disposal of the futon mattress, I went ahead and paid but a little reluctantly.
