Easy to schedule and the text notice is great

The price I ended up paying was almost 3 times more then the quote. I did read the fine print and saw fees would be assessed when the driver arrived. Had I had the time, I would have canceled the service.

The only reason for which I am not rating this as a 5-star experience is because your driver delayed the pickup of my donation by a day, which was a real inconvenience because of my imminent move.

Lewis kept me apprised of when they would get to my house…they were very polite and did a great job!!!

Habitat for Humanity was giving me a hard time about stairs and which items they would or would not accept, so I called Resupply. They were happy to take all of the items I had, and had no complaints about stairs or disassembly. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The contractor they sent to pick everything up was great: they arrived on time, and were friendly and professional with no hassles at all. And they were very careful around my house (though not so careful with the items they were taking away, some of which were in the process--not that it really mattered to me). When all was said and done, all the items were removed and the cost was exactly what Resupply had quoted over the phone. So yes, I would recommend Resupply: they made the process easy.

Both gentlemen were polite and very helpful. They arrived promptly, removed everything quickly and were respectful of the space and items.

Driver was courteous, called ahead to be sure I was ready and the process of booking an appt was very easy.

Nobody answered our initial question about ripped/torn furniture. The pick up man informed us that the charge would be $150.00 more than the initial estimate.

The 2 men’s were very nice. , quick and knowledgeable.

My only complaint is the $7/per floor charge. I live in a building with an elevator - you’re going to charge me money for the crew to ride the elevator three floors when I’m already paying for the service? On the other hand, $7 to take heavy furniture down stairs doesn’t seem like enough.

Jonathan and Tom were scheduled for an afternoon pickup of some sofas. A call was recei ed from Jonathan and Tom (two separate calls) indicating they were running early and asked if it would be alright to come within the hour. They arrived within the hour and were very friendly and professional. Jonathan explained the process thoroughly. I was impressed with them and would use their service again.
