It was vary easy to schedule a donation pickup and the team the came to my house was very polite and careful - no marks on my freshly painted walls, or even those that hadn’t been painted in a while! This is my second donation with Resupply and I will be using them again.

These 2 guys were absolutely professional and courteous. Awesome group of men.

I sent unedited pictures of the couches but was not told that they wouldn't be accepted. So I had additional costs to move them out. Disappointed in the lack of communication.

Did everything online and it was very easy. Resupply let me know the time frame the day before. Guys came within the window and everything went well.

The two men who picked up our donation items were professional, communicated very well as to arrival time, were friendly and polite. What I did
not like was that certain items I was allowed to add to my donation list suddenly had “recycle” fees attached to them that I was not informed of ahead of time and it ended up costing me $100 more than Ai thought. Very disappointing.
