The two men who picked up our donation items were professional, communicated very well as to arrival time, were friendly and polite. What I did
not like was that certain items I was allowed to add to my donation list suddenly had “recycle” fees attached to them that I was not informed of ahead of time and it ended up costing me $100 more than Ai thought. Very disappointing.

I was kept informed about the timing of the pick up, the young men were very nice, efficient and helpful.
I would recommend your company!

This is an awesome service! And the fact that it benefits Habitat for Humanity and is Veteran-related is a huge PLUS! It was very easy to schedule the pick up of my couch and well worth the cost of getting it to the right place that can use it. A win-win-win in my book!

The team that picked up my items was very nice and professional! I had less items to donate than originally estimated and the team easily adjusted my invoice. The only negative was 2 deep scuff marks made on a stairway wall. I didn't notice the marks until after they had left. But overall the team was really nice and worked efficently.

I appreciated a call letting me know they were 25 minutes from arrival. The men were professional and kind. They were also efficient and polite.

The entire staff, from booking to pickup crew were great to work with. The crew was fast, efficient and careful with everything. Billing progress was also quick and easy. I would definitely use them again.

The online process and communication is great! The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because I felt the cost was a bit high. It was convenient and easy to do so I didn't mind paying.

Staff were very competent and professional . Went over and above.only problem was staff on the phone did not explain the total cost, 10 fee for each mattress and box spring . It would have been good to know that. We did tell them two mattresses and box springs when we called

I appreciate the Salv Army but was a little taken aback. Not only did I donate hundreds of dollars worth of furniture to this charity.. but was then charged$393 to do so!!! Where’s the sense in that!? Yes.. it was picked up when I would not have been able to deliver it… but $393 seems a bit exorbitant. I will not use this “service” again..nor will my friends!!

The driver and partner showed up right on time and were very polite and considerate.

This company heard what I wanted & smoothly made it happen. I donated a fine family dresser & they assured it will be given to a family in need which makes me very happy. I want to be of service to others & that is truly this company's commitment. The movers were efficient, respectful & careful in their work. Communication from the beginning of scheduling through the pick up was consistent & informative.

Drivers and Movers, named Dustin and Elder were extremely courteous, maneuvered with excellent speed, and were helpful in packaging/disassembling difficult furniture items for us. They made the experience very convenient and I would recommend friends and family to seek out Resupply's assistance in the future for large item donations!

I read some reviews that were mostly positive so I decided to investigate because I had some furniture that was still in good shape and we were happy it would be put to good use. Upon inquiry I got a response immediately with all the information I needed. Initially I thought the cost to pick up the furniture was a little high since it was a donation, but I was more interested in dealing with a legitimate organization. The whole process was seamless and I was kept up to date on all the steps. The young men who picked up the furniture were courteous and professional. It ended up the original quote was actually a little high and it was reduced upon arrival. I had read reviews about people who were disappointed that the final cost was higher than expected so this was a sweet surprise. We are very happy with the service and the fact that the furniture will have an extended life and will help someone who is less fortunate. Another plus for us is the fact that the organization is veteran owned. My husband is a Vietnam vet and we are always happy to assist veteran ownded businesses.

They not only were on time but early with constant contact with me regarding their arrival time. They were very careful and considerate with the donations. They were also very friendly and compassionate. I consider them to be a great team.
