I recently installed an EV charger at home and was very impressed with revcharge. They quickly responded to my request to provide a quote, provided the quote promptly after I provided a few basic details, organised a time to complete the instal, again in a timely manner, completed the instal and assisted in downloading the app. The revcharge installation cost was extremely competitive. We also have a holiday home, and we agreed on a date to install this charger, which suited us both. We also discussed adding a home battery in a couple of months and given positive experience to date I' m unlikely to get a second quote

I found Revcharge listed at the top of Tesla’s website as a certified installer. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided a convenient online inspection service, which saved time. They also responded promptly to all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Had a Tesla wall charger installed through revcharge. The entire process was simple, quote was competitive and the install went smoothly.

Frustrating and unpleasant customer experience. Revcharge website says typical delivery time is 2-3 days however my order was 8 days. No updates provided. Emailed and phoned customer support who advised the order was lost in the inventory system and they were not aware of their system problems. Spent many hours trying to work on a resolution with the customer support team who were very pleasant but totally unable to deal with anything not on their standard script. Requested numerous times to speak to a manager to escalate the issue and encountered reluctance or lack of training in being able to do that. Finally spoke with management who, also very nice, constantly had to check with warehouse/logistics staff on what to do when unexpected issues arise. Was able to arrange a pickup of my pre-paid EV charger at the warehouse, after pleading with the manager. Was told 7am however responsible person at the warehouse doesn’t start until after 8am so spent an hour or so waiting there after incorrect advice. I eventually got my charger and am very happy with the product. My experience with Revcharge is that they have no procedures or awareness of what to do when things outside the normal routine go off-track. Check frequently with them if you order something and be prepared for many hours follow up discussions if there are system issues.
