This is just predatory lending
This is just predatory lending. An MCA disguised as a "line of credit". They make all the general information such as factor-rate, repayment time frames, etc unclear, AND you cant actually access your entire "line of credit" without continued reviews. Sometimes it may take weeks to get that done, or to be notified there's an issue.
their website always has errors, you cant see your payment history, etc.
There are certain requirements for any product that are required by law. Make sure and report these guys to your state AG and the CFPB for these and just in general to bring attention to their predatory industry
