Fantastic Customer Service
I have been a Revenued client for over one year and my experience with their service has always been outstanding. The process is simple to apply and be approved and the funding/payment schedule simple and straightforward. Each and every time I speak to their customer service team, they are kind professional and ALWAYS call you back if they say they are going to. The process of applying for financing was very smooth and seamless. I was approved within days of applying. The finance manager, Sam was extremely helpful in navigating me through the application process, as well as explaining the different options that were available to me and which one would work best for my business. This is Usury
This is Usury. Plain and simple. I borrow 1000, and I get 6mos to pay it all back plus the non-interest. Total cost to me? 14,500. Not kidding. They skirt the law by classifying the payment as borrowing against future earnings instead of a classical loan.
There does not seem to be any harm in having an account, but using it is financial suicide.
To be clear, they were completely upfront and not at all dishonest in their quest to financially exploit me. It was all clearly spelled out ahead of time.

Hello Aaron, we are able to offer higher spending limits despite factors like credit score which can sometimes prevent businesses from accessing the capital they need because we utilize revenue-based financing. There is no application fee, draw fee, or annual fee, however any factor rate is determined on a case by case basis dependent on the business. The service was mostly fine
The service was mostly fine. It became overbearing at the end with the number of underwriting and setup and customer service calls. It's simply unnecessary.
Also, the contract we signed doesn't reflect the terms of the actual agreement. They didn't have a great explanation for why that was.
