I tried to get a taxi but after half an hour of waiting with 0 updates i canceled the ride. So to be clear, no taxi ride or any one service was used. A few days later instead of the 0,10 cents on the invoice, i get charged 39 euro's subscription fees.... I didnt even use the service so why are you charging me.... So i called them and all i get back is, its a subscription and we canceled it for you... I dont want it just canceled, i want my money back lol...

Scummy business- signs you up for a 'subscription' automatically with a reservation. So you get home, wonder what on Earth "reservassist" charge is for 39 Euros a month, only to realise they've put it in the fine print.

It's a scamming business.

FRAUDULEUX - A FUIR

I tried to order the taxi in Florence and they brought me on the landing with a form to order the taxi. You had to leave your card for the taxi payment. Taxi never arrived, never was found and no one has never contacted me. 1.5 week later they took 39 euros from my card saying I subscribed to their “reserve assistance service”. Which I didn’t. Everything made as a fraud.

Alex is very profesional and helpful. A am very satisfied with his job. I highly recommend this person.

Dit is het derde jaar dat we de hulp van Rezassist inschakelen bij het vinden van een verblijf voor onze groep van 40 personen. Zowel in Milaan, Parijs als in Hamburg wisten ze een goede en betaalbare locatie te vinden die aan onze eisen voldeed.

Na het eerst zelf geprobeerd te hebben, schakelen we nu meteen hun hulp bij groepsreizen in, het scheelt heel veel tijd en de kwaliteit is ontzettend hoog!

Our first contact with Alex was in 2020. Since, we always arrange our team travel to the Fairs with him. And we will do this in the future, also. He is professional, helpful, he solves all problems, request, very good commucation, always find the perfect reservation to us, etc. Absolutely recommended his service.

Alors que nous ne trouvions pas d'hotels pour notre demande de groupe sur Barcelone, Barre Consultants/RezAssist nous en a trouvé un qui répondait à nos attentes. En plus l'hotel était très bien situé. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise. Pour notre voyage l'année prochaine, je fera de nouveau appel à leurs services.
